I presonally think that the official translation at 5:59 was a bit wrong. I think it should be translated as: "Our proud call to the people brings them the only uniform essence: forever be faithfull to your Motherland, as Ukraine for us is above all!" As for conscription of women. Well in Ukraine, just before the breakout of the war there was a change to legislation, according to which all women should also be registered as bound to military service. Well. It didn't work - the army got overfilled by volunteering men. Beforehand all medics were registered as conscripts, regardless of their gender. Women also serve as contracted officers mainly at supporting services, not used directly for battle. Sure there are women that are directly involved in battles, e.g. the famous "Princess" who serves as aimer at a self-propelled cannon, but those are few. Also women are great snipers. But, the history of this war shows, that sheltering women in a safe place brings up the morale of the soldiers and lowers it when they see the death of women even more then if the whitness the death of men. So. Personally i think women should not be conscript, but taught as self-defence forces to understand the way the army works to play a supportive role, while men are engaged in direct fight. And still they should serve as volunteerly contracted soldiers if they see their destiny in fight.

Hello. The clip's visuals are based on 2021 Armed Forces of Ukraine military parade, held to commemorate Ukraine's 30th Independence Day. Both actual military personnel and cadets took part in the parade. It's easy to distinguish between them: actual military wear berets and/or camo, while cadets wear dress uniforms with peak caps (I think is what they're called in english). So those guys which you commented as young were actually National Guard cadets (deep dress uniform and peak cap). Cheers.

regarding women in army. there are list of professions or education specializations that can be conscripted(not yet this is implemented, it will start working since september I guess). And there is another table that list possible military position to corresponding civil professions. 99% of these are some paperwork at base. this will allow to free men from this paperwork and send them on ground. meanwhile, we have women in the ground too, but it's not a huge number. I've seen them in artillery, sniper and elite squad of paratroopers. also a lot of medics are women.
Well, I tell you why do we struggle so desperately. The motivation of Ukrainians is extremly strightforward. If we won't take this fight we will all get killed or enslaved (yes, in the 21st century it's possible). Our children will be forced to fight later again .
