2023 Location Ratings Report Webinar

Affordability constraints and squeezed availability are forcing buyers and tenants to reconsider the locations they want to live in. Meanwhile, remote working options continue to shift resident priorities when looking for a home. Our second annual Location Ratings Report gives us the opportunity to track these changes over time.
Last year’s report summarized our data up until May 2022, while this study covers the period from July 2022 - June 2023. This allows us to see the kinds of locations residents are rating higher over the past year - and the changes are considerable.
