So it actually looks like Shujinko's kameo attack changes depending on who he's fighting. He had Sindel's flip-kick against her, but he then used Shao's axe when fighting General Shao. It's a great way to adapt his old MK Deception gimmick of using his opponent's moveset.
I am so happy to see Old Shujinko as a Kameo in Mortal Kombat 1 and I hope Young Shujinko will be playable as a Playable Character in Mortal Kombat 1 in The Base Roster or DLC

Sindel is not the first to talk during the fatality. Ashra said sth like "take your chaos elsewhere". Which is kinda cool as it seems dialog depends on who is the victim

Lets count: MK9: 2 (Quan Chi, Kenshi) MKX: 5 (Quan Chi, Kenshi, Shinnok, Tanya, Bo'Rai Cho) MK11: 2 (Frost, Fujin) M1K: 8 mains so far (Quan Chi, Tanya, Reiko (allegedly), Nitara (allegedly), Li Mei, Kenshi, Havik, Ashrah. (Between 1/4 and 1/3 of the roster) Plus a load of kameos.
Pretty sure it’s just because the others were so incredibly bad ass. But this was my least favorite trailer out of everything released so far. They tend to do that a lot for story mode dialogue, edited in a certain way to make it look one way, when its really another. Sindel extols and almost praises shao for being Outworld champion when introducing him, so her saying something contradictory in the next scene could mean she has ulterior motives

I'm afraid that your concerns from the end of the video are right. If invasion mode isn't something huge and groundbreaking, the mid gameplay and weird character design choices aren't going to keep this game afloat for very long.
