@@ClarkSherwood that’s part of the 1.8% tax rate. The average tax rate in Santa Clarita is 1.41%
We visited those homes last weekend and they are beautiful but you can tell they put way too much into the models. They look nothing like the base models

@@darryls2141 it’s not quite the desert but if you put this home closer to LA you’d be in the 3 to 4 million range
