They added Cyber dragon cards to the game but didn't give us THE Cyber dragon...wtf? I mean at least 1 or something. It seems like CD decks won't be any good, but I guess just like with REZ one card could make all the difference, so they're playing it safe. Thanks for the help Guns.

What did happen to me while testing Bamboo Cerberus (my version was a slower one) is he fused into Chimeratech Overdragon using like 8 monsters (his monster was still not enough to beat me though) which allowed him to fulfill the condition for Lightray Daedalus. I tried adding in Divine Wrath to deal with that, but using a faster version like your turbo probably handles that well by not letting him stack up enough monsters in his hand.
Enerdy I use Extra Gate(drop from Para bros) to get rid of his fusions before he can summon them. Just declare levels 8, 9, and 10 to get rid of his Extra deck.

Guns, the magic number is 8k, as he has Cyber End Dragon(4k fusion), and he will power bond it if at all possible, and you're not above that point.(literally only won due to surviving his attack with 100 lp and power bonds recoil)
I think a card that is much better then the UR In To The Void for this deck is SR Spell Power Grasp, it draws the same card from your deck and increases your cards attack by 500 additional points.
Spell Power Grasp is a very good card to use with cerberus as well as Alchemist of Black Spells even though it is a monster card it's effect protects you from damage unless they use piercing but if you happen to have yami on the field his defense is 2k anyways.
If you want a protection card, Super Rush Headlong is a FAR better idea for the Cerberus deck. There's a chance Zane will have Rare Metalmorph set, which will stop the Enemy Controller from resolving. Meanwhile, Super Rush targets Cerberus, which means Rare Metalmorph can't do anything about it. Even better, Cerberus won't lose any of the ATK gained with his effect. Damage calculation is never applied
Another methoed is use obnoxious guard with the skill reinforcement and some drawing cards combined with the vassal teqnique u will need defense cards too like yellow barrier or u can just cheese it with ojamas

How do you handle when he uses cards that can destroy your cerberus without attacking it? He has at least one effect monster that can and one spell card that allows him to show a spell in his hand to destroy one monster.

There is one more yber dragon that can target cerberus and destroy it. Don't know the name tho. I use 3 Forbidden Dresses to counter that and the other monster that destroys a field spell and then cerb
I find farming with Cloudian Spirit Barrier to be more effective at least in my opinion. I tried Cerberus and it is less consistent than the Cloudian deck
Side note this deck needs anti spell cards for lv30 zane. He's got a spell that destroys your only monster if he has a cyber dragon. Hit me with a cyber network which lets him banish then special summon his cyber dragons. Then destroyed cerb on my 2nd last turn with the spell.
HCR welp i never faced it tho, only cyber twin dragon when he used hex-fusion. 6 times i farmed him successfully w/o faced cyber end dragon. 6/10 i lose because of bricking on my opening hand.

I've decided to use the dark void deck to farm wanted to also take 1500 atk to the nut sack but instead i take 5600 atk instead x2 on zanes turn when it turn 2
it's not as consistent (used it on crowler before), and having a field spell allows him to pop his daedalus easier. i haven't actually tried it on zane though.
I got rekt by this deck because I did not expect this cerberus in pvp, the bad thing with yubel deck is that, it's better to see what the opponent has, so I sent a monster as a bait face up attack

Paladin works GREAT for me. Already got 2 Overdragons, and that’s not counting the one you get from dueling him 15 times.

I think once he becomes unlockable you will get it as a level 40 unlock. It is a little OP especially with Pulse Mines

yeah he got me with a 14400 attack Chimeratech and I was completely thrown off. I cucked myself with a cup of ace (DO NOT USE CUP OF ACE).

Ooh that's a good idea for a spell card to use. I'm using a faster version now but if that becomes a problem I'll certainly make use of it!

Spell power grasp also works pretty well in Cerberus, especially as it searches another copy of itself and it gives an extra counter to Cerberus.
Reinforcements (Jaden level up skill) also works well for the Blue-Eyes deck for pulling out Kaibaman.

the only problem from cerberus farm is when you dont get it first turn. zane sometimes summons cyber twin or end on turn 1

HCR no need floodgate if u run paladin deck. Just negate the fusion(power?) bond spell n the field spell with paladin effect when he activates them.

Mythical Beast Cerberes has the effect that allows it to gain 500 attack for each spell card that is activated.
