In case you didnt understand the video, smallant was playing minecraft until dr eggman burst through the wall and kidnapped him. Sonic teamed up with his arch rival batman to take dr eggman down, but then he flew into a volcano dragging smallant with him.

If no one knows why the beds are normal, here is why, they are block-entities-like chests- so in some resource packs, for example blocks in blocks, it can't change what the beds look like because the mathematical equation changing the pixels on the blocks to the block that looks the most like that pixel doesn't do it with the beds or chests. (I sure hope I am right)
