Indiana native - I was just talking to my step dad about how crazy it is how many good lineups the Pacers have had over the years versus the level of actual success they've had - but I'm sure a lot of ppl feel this way about their team.
No doubt that the Pacers had a great squad in the 90’s, and I am honestly shocked that they never won a championship in that time period. Reggie Miller, Mark Jackson, Dale and Antonio Davis, Rik Smits, and I am unsure of whomever they had on their bench off the top of my head, but the starting 5 alone was in no way a group of slouches!! The Bulls had Dennis Rodman, and you are telling me that Dale and Antonio Davis, along with Rik Smits could not manage to out rebound the “Worm”?!! I guess that was why even though I am a Celtics fan Dennis Rodman was my DUDE in the 90’s NBA though!!

Hey, Mike. I've been a big fan of watching your videos since I think is 2018. But please do the research about the 1936 Philippine National Basketball Team in 1936 Berlin Olympics. Those Filipino players went from underdogs to 5th place in the Olympics but was forgotten in a long time. Because of them, the Basketball became a popular in the country and years later in 1975, it launched their own version of NBA called "Philippine Basketball Association" or PBA. The only difference was the teams based from some popular companies like San Miguel, Pure Foods(currently called as Magnolia), Rain or Shine & Barangay Ginebra. Now, our own Gilas Pilipinas Basketball Team(Philippine National Basketball Team name today) is qualifying for both FIBA Asia Cup and Tokyo Olympics. Though I'm not a fan of Basketball because I never played Basketball in real-life(😂), I'll support the team and hope to win the championship or gold medal. They haven't won both of them for a long time. The last time I researched was either in the late 50s or early 60s I think. Anyways, thank you. Greetings from a fan in the Philippines 🇵🇭

Dennis Rodman was a big time villain back in the day. The whole foul on Scottie Pippen when he was a Piston and his behavior with the Spurs. And he was actually signed by Chicago, the team that probably hated him the most going back to the Detroit days. And he suddenly became a cult hero. Crazy.
