Y, I used to see these all the time ! But now since I actually have a mission activated where I have to destroy these things I can't find any of them I found one in three games and I wasn't able to destroy it because it flew around so crazy and there was like 9 million zombies around me, probably one of the most tedious missions ever
I found all three in one game. I drove off the main road and just kept and eye on the mini map for the icon sorta in the middle of the outskirts if that makes sense
It's always when you need to find them lol, I stayed on the east and bottom side of the map in T1 area and always came across 1 hope this helps bro good luck

4 games now driving around the whole map, and no orbs. Of course when I don’t have this mission equipped I see them everywhere.
