Importance of NASR missile is that its range is only from 40 to 70 km and can be used in ground attack during fight on the land. Pakistan is included in three countries of the world who have successfully made smart atom bombs. Usually an atom bomb can destroy whole of a city but the smarts bomb are small atom bombs meant for destroying such as 5 sq km or 10 sq km which destroy only the area where forces are stationed and not civil population and it does not come under an atomic attack NASR is the missile which fire these kinds of small bombs. India does not possess this kind of bomb because it is very risky to refine or process uranium to such an extent so as to make a small atom bomb.
