    Very interesting. My research tells me that I also need 30K (to open my breakfast/lunch cafe about a year from now). And I am on my way to doubling that amount to use as needed.

    Is Remi the sole owner? This video was very informative! I’m in the midst of writing my business plan and am wondering if it’s vital to obtain a business partner? I don’t want to run myself to the ground either! I’m kind of lost on what I should do

      Yep he is the sole owner. He is the type to do things himself though (like all his pop ups and etc.). Only recently did he hire more help. Having a business partner is GREAT if you find the right one. Definitely take a look at my other video about that. Cause if the wrong one could be devastating too.

    OMG! This is my life at the moment building a pie shop in San Jose CA! I love your comment Wilson about managing your own expectations. That is so true! Especially when we do not have any control on what the city does and yes, it is just part the process that we have to adapt to. I relate so much to Remi about baking the 200 cakes and not hiring help! And yes, what takes a ton of time is the packaging as well. Best of luck!
