We don't cook with oil because we don't eat oil so we use water because we don't use oil and oil free because we don't use oil and we can't eat oil so no oil

I tried the bean and sweet potato stew but with lentils instead of black beans and IT WAS AMAZING ! I also added in mushrooms and celery!

Okay I hate to be that person but do you absolutely have to buy pre-chopped onion in a plastic cup? You could get one and just cut it, it takes like 5 minutes and doesn't kill our planet.
Killing the planet sounds like an exaggeration. As far as I know, those plastic containers are usually recyclable, whereas the plastic bags used for loose produce are usually not.

I did the sweet potato and black bean chili and cornbread. They were delicious and the chili was my personal favorite. Going to have to make the sweet potato black bean chili every thanksgiving or better yet, Christmas. Thank you for these awesome recipes.

Barb Lycos no they don't :) you can use water, vege broth, soy sauce, maple syrup for sautéing, and baking paper for cakes etc

I tried the chili and corn bread. I loved the flavor of the chili it was amazing. I was afraid to try the corn bread without the oil. the corn bread was awesome but my fell apart but very tasty!!!
