Use a pet that is fully grown or mega neon, you’ll see a friendship level if it is full grown and just level up that pet and you’ll see it ageing up, at first it will be at 0 friendship level then once u get it to friendship level 1 you’ll get an age up potion from it. You get one from every age up you did on that pet but only if it’s in friendship level
