Please explain: I hauled thousands of head back in the day. Mostly 46' X 8' trailer. Some 45'. Then the rules changes and we all went to 48'X102" trailers. My question is this. Without many in the nose and with only a "bottom nose" combined with the spread, don't the drive axles get relatively light? That would potentially suck in the winter time.
You do not have a lease purchase program for wanting in the livestock division? The only lease purchase program you have is for the refrigerated division?
I love how there's no whipping them just to get up in there, it's sad the must be killed but we gotta eat too. So how old do I need to be to do Cattle? Love the video brother post more soon 10-4
National Carriers well FROM A DISTANCE all seems good to me, very informative. Clearly have taken time to make the video to inform others, also nice to see WELL BUILT Wilson trailers being used also being a spread axle helps. Critter truck blue looks good on that t680, maybe if I knew more about the company I might be interested a bit more but it’s very hard to move company’s in our industry. I have no idea how big you’re fleet is, with larger fleets drivers and driver managers end up having communication problems. I’m not you’re “average” truck driver, so things other drivers may not notice or think about, stand out to me.
My dad got this mans fathers paycheck by accident our last names are same but spelt differrent and me and bin have exact name just spelt different lol me and my father have the same names as him and his father lol
If your company was committed to animal welfare they would learn how to schedule incoming cattle loads better so that the trucks wouldn’t be forced to sit at Love’s waiting for hours to be called back to the plant when you guys are out of pen space.
@@bob75819 straight deck up top. Cant load the lower nose. But then again national carriers is the swift of livestock. Their drivers struggle to get around as it is. Probably better to have a simple set up.
One year in advance and I’m back to watch again! Still a wonderful video to watch.
That's the last time it will ever be that clean
Beautiful set up !!
Tom Tubman they have been terrific for NCI

Jason where you guys truck cattle are triaxle trailers no permitted ?
Is it 53 ft trailer

@@NationalCarriers how hard is it to get on learning how to haul livestock, I have 10+ yrs but its hauling reefer ?
how do they clean the floors drain slots???
MKOMKONNNN pressure washer then at the front there are little holes with cover you can remove or hatch
@@jonthelamb4549 there is two traps at the back of the trailer so as they are washing the trailer put it drains
at 2:58 you can see one of the cleanouts above the "y" in the word "easy." There's another one on the other side that can be seen at 3:02
They clean the floors with plastic forks from McDonalds and knock off Windex from Dollar Tree.
comfortable and safe ride to the slaughter house. lol
Can you start out with no livestock experience at NCI?????
We provide a motel. You get your own room. We provide meals and transportation
Due to worker's comp. rules you must have experience
@@NationalCarriers can you show loading cattle video

MR. DreadHead359 - must be 23 Mr DH
National Carriers 23 for just reefer too or 21?
Must be 21, own your own truck and live within 100 miles of Liberal or Dodge City KS
National Carriers One post on "Indeed.com" said you can be 21 for just reefer I know cattle you gotta be 23
Where I am you can have cdl at 18 but you have to stay in state. But Texas is a big state so you can drive a long time without leaving

if a guy is willing to work, the money hauling cattle at National is pretty good..
This is the bottom of the barrel for cattle bud. Mostly mexicans out of liberal, KS. Steer clear of this idiots.
Good. Like
I’ve yet to see a critter truck with a cattle pot on it. I’m with jbs hauling cattle now. Not SUPER happy.
Joe, you watched our video starring Livestock Director, Jason Greer, and our new livestock trailers from Wilson Manufacturing. What did you think?

He said “38”😂😂😂😂we hall a crap ton more in our trailer, almost 15,20 more
they try hard to keep the loads legal
Really a tandem trailer I'd never wast money on a tandum tridum only
Tri brings unwanted attention. You can still load 90k on a spread.
Huh 38 and that's it I would probably say that's a lot load at the least I guess it depends on what you're hauling?
Lj Gaines it definitely depends we haul anywhere between 50-80 depending on size🤷🏼♂️
@@Ethan-rg8py I am pretty sure that you do not haul 50-80 fats. Which is what these guys haul all of the time.
Johnny Harper we haul 50 fats when we haul fats. I’m being serious, we haul more than that when they’re smaller of course
38 is about average, all we haul are fats
Did he mention that there is more clearance for the animal to not hit their back? Lol
Isaiah Kaulaity it’s a big deal when bruising or other injuries are avoided.

Brad that is a National Beef Packers issue not a National Carriers, Inc. issue. However, we wish things could happen instantly also.
That trailer is useless lol
Derek Swearingen ok?
@@NationalCarriers you guys still paying your livestock guys .40 cpm?
i'm not sure why you think it's useless, it's a 53' spread that splits 6 ways, light weight and durable
