I highly reccomend getting off Birth Control and tracking your cycles naturally! I use Natural Cycles and it has changed the game for me ! Birth control is absolutely horrible for us and can cause sooo many long term issues such as ulcers, even cancer. Please please please do your research and connect to your natural cycles and feminine nature. I was on birth control for a year and it was the worst year of my life. Tracking naturally and learning more about my body more was life changing. ❤
Yesss birth control and any kind of extra hormones in our bodies can cause breast cancer and other issues, please be careful and research your risks first❤❤❤❤

hi! can you sometime tell how you style your hair, what products do you use to “keep it in place”? in some video you said that you have silky hair, and i have this type of hair too but no matter what after several hours my hair is falling apart
im not sure the actual product but she said she used a gritt spray

Regarding your hair loss: Have you had a blood check-up (especially for iron, ferritin and thyroid levels)? I had extremely low iron levels and my hair loss didn’t get better until I regulated my iron supply. If you haven’t checked this, I think it could be helpful :)
