    Nice house but too bad, it is a 99-year leasehold property which is not really sought after by buyers.

      Kind of a unnecessary comment on a property video but I do get what you are saying. I think it’s how they are thought to speak on a video to avoid sounding monotone. It sounds so forced the way he has to bring the tone up at the end of every sentence. Honestly after the 3rd or 4th time it got really annoying.

      @@ricoyau881211no wonder! But a very nice house overall. There must be a catch somewhere. Normally with such nice house outfit, it should be between $8-10 million if it’s freehold. It will be priced way even more if it’s in Bukit Timah or Orchard area
      But I believe it will still be attractive to older aged buyers who want a upgrade in lifestyle and dun mind the 53 years leasehold left
