I've been playing this combo since candace card was released in TCG, it can work against nearly any deck as long as you know to be flexible and figure out what you can set up in the early rounds - try to find paimon cards to use by turn 2 when raiden gets out her burst, she can build energy with two normal attacks if your dice really is that cringe. I bring favonius library to reroll every turn or even to tune single dice if really needed - ftk relies on you not swapping characters within the first turn, if needed you can start with kaeya or candace and switch to raiden halfway, or any way you prefer. all three characters only need 2 energy for their bursts so you can get a burst off eventually - once kaeya and candace have their bursts up you basically have a freeze setup already, just start switching characters and use normal attacks to freeze any enemy kaeya's icicles hit when you switch, all for the low cost of 1 dice per freeze or even less if you bring the right support cards - shenhe sc is probably the easiest of the examples you raised as once raiden bursts and kaeya/candace are ready to burst, as long as you keep swapping characters there isn't a cryo or electro affected character on your team for the enemy to superconduct on. by the time shenhe gets her burst out you should be swapping and doing freeze damage so you can kill them before they kill you

Not that well its mostly a for fun deck
