My Ex father in law from my first marriage had a sign in his office that I was told to read it, and I did, quote- I would rather be thought a Fool, then to open my mouth and remove all doubt - I didn’t appreciate it at the time, but the older I get - the more it makes sense with the younger crowd- haha- yes times are changing- but Respect isn’t a give me, it’s earned -
I always have a trailer hooked to my truck and always keep a chunk of a railroad tie in the bed of the truck to drive the trailer into to change a flat tire if I get one
In 1996 I bought a Chevy Silverado extended cab and I’m in Florida. On my truck there isn’t a spot of rust, original power steering, original suspension, original exhaust, original rear drum brakes ( don’t worry I’ve been through a lot of brakes on the front). 27 years old, I bought it new and it now has 185,000 miles.
Mike you need a tire fork that is shaped like a V en has two wheels on the backside of it that you put underneath your tire and pry down and then you roll the tire onto your hub and then let it back down. Works pretty good. Stay warm in this cold weather that you have headed your way … enjoy that baby
Welcome back Mike sorry if some of my comments were me being too impatient just happy to see that you’re back making new videos. Hope you and your family and new son are doing well!
years and years ago my uncle worked with ford tractors 8n 9n 2n I've moved lots of rear tires while swapping a set one day my dad said wait for me ill help me not know any better said no i got it little did i know it was a loaded tire!!!!
What you were saying with the running boards is exactly what happened to my Colorado. The problem is mine didnt get the rockers as much as the frame. It packed horizontally and started eating away at my frame.
Use cavity wax on all the back side of body parts had a truck with cavity wax for 10 years in MN and absolutely zero rust. Hit a deer last year has to replace box side and doors absolutely zero rust on inside of door and inner box side! And you only have to do it once!
Mike you correct you always got to listen to what your grandfather and father is give the right path you're a very hard worker Mike I like how you got everything and you did it by yourself I can't wait to see more of your videos and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife son and family members
I literally live by your grandfather’s phrase (the it’s okay to be stupid one)🤣🤣 hopefully you stayed warm the past couple days, the best is yet to come🤣🤣
Thanks for the GREAT CONTENT Mike! You SIR are a wise business owner, for you realize that to make money one must invest money! By getting the front end taken care of, yes YOU WILL continue to make money. It's no fun when parts break and then one has to struggle to get an alternate vehicle going or worse yet need to farm out your work j u st to cover yourself! Best to you, a striving go getter who has no quarrels working hard! Catch you on the flip!😊
Man window down on the chevy not gonna lie man I was shocked I left mine locked up with my windows up as well for just a few minutes n it was stolen out of my local Home Depot but yet again I’m in lovey Los Angeles 😅
F - OFF DUDE!! Do you have any idea what this road salt does to the vehicles in the rust belt?? Just kidding!! 😅😂 You have faded paint, we have faded frames 😂. Safety glasses to get underneath the darn things!
Do you have Ziebart in Wisconsin? That company has been around a long-time people used to buy new cars and then take them right up to Ziebart for rustproofing.
My brother-in-law proves it every day. I'm just happy my twin sis is happy.
The seven tree barely had fuel in it too, that’s commitment to greatness you can’t deny

Great to see you Fred and videos hopefully everything's good with your son your wife and your mom
Happy thanksgiving Mike and Fred! Love these kinds of videos! You should do a walk around of the service truck! Show all the boxes and tools and such!
Please don't show everyone where all your tools are for people to come steal them.
@@josh.aguirre pretty sure all his boxes have been shown in past videos. Guys do tool truck tours all the time
I always have a trailer hooked to my truck and always keep a chunk of a railroad tie in the bed of the truck to drive the trailer into to change a flat tire if I get one
On Fords its the third brake light that leaks and lets water in and drip down to the cab corners!

The video mike!!
That's an awesome intro!
Thanks! 😁
Eric should buy those running boards off you they look to be in good shape still.Hopefully you post some snow plowing videos this year like Ryan does
What you were saying with the running boards is exactly what happened to my Colorado. The problem is mine didnt get the rockers as much as the frame. It packed horizontally and started eating away at my frame.
Good work
Great to have you guys back.
I couldn't agree more about step ups... you lift a truck for more clearance then completely take it away by throwing those on haah 😂😂😂
I am ok with the automatic ones that drop down when the door opens but those are too expensive
i love Mikes videos. thanks for the advice from Gramps. Love from Chicago.
Use cavity wax on all the back side of body parts had a truck with cavity wax for 10 years in MN and absolutely zero rust. Hit a deer last year has to replace box side and doors absolutely zero rust on inside of door and inner box side! And you only have to do it once!
Thanks! I have never heard of that! Is there a brand that you recommend? What’s a good place to buy from?

Mike put some wide and long mudflaps on the truck they help keep 50% of the salt and rocks from hitting the rockers
Glad to see you back Mike! Keep on moving.
Glad to see your videos back. Great job dude. Hope you and your family are doing well.
Happy seeing the videos proceeding 🎉
More to come!
@@AMWSERVICESLLC bring it on!!🫡

Sell those running boards to Eric if he already doesn’t have any on his truck .

Mornin freeed!
Happy holiday. Will be nice when you have the six acres and don’t have to move stuff out of your way all the time to do a task.
it sure will!
I’m 6 feet tall I love my running boards
I miss my grandfather as well Mike it’s a struggle to keep going without him
That leverage line goes as follows "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world" said by archimedes
Happy thanksgiving
Enjoying your videos 👍👍👍👍
“With a long enough bar, you can move the earth.”
You have a lot of cool toys!
You must have awesome security at HD. I noticed you left your window down when you went into store. 😳
Have a wonderful day, and stay warm!
Most people don't steal in smaller communities. Not like Chicago NY, SFO and LA..
Hi Mike and Fred some late Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family
Happy Holidays Bro.. I felt ya on the missing ya grandpa

Hi Mike from KENTUCKY I’m ready for some snow videos
Had to look up beet juice in tires 😂

Did you spray the back sides of the bumpers with fluid film? Necessary up here in Wisconsin.
I sure did!
Hi Mike and Fred, some late Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family !!
Think deep down you love Texas Mike 😂
Happy late thanksgiving Mike & Fam. ❤🍾🎉
Why not lift it from straight to back so it’s not over the side of truck could just pull up load and back away
Great Video Sir 🫶🏻🇬🇧🫶🏻
Im sure its a relief knowing its ready to go when the inevitable happens Mike....
.................... I said to my cat... There's no way @ 1:58 he's going to lift the tractor by it's hydraulic cylinder. And you did.
I sure did!
Do you have Ziebart in Wisconsin? That company has been around a long-time people used to buy new cars and then take them right up to Ziebart for rustproofing.
Morning Fred!
Way to hustle Mike!!!
Mike you do realize you have a short person in your family, When the kid walks those running boards could come in handy.
Icon tools are made by the same manufacturer of snapon it’s just the name your paying for. It’s the same quality!
You should cut a board so you can put it behind the salter and the back of the bed so it does not slide
eric needs them steps!!!!!!!!
