Zack is a great example of how people who are on the larger side do well with stuff involving legs. I'm also a heavier person, and I typically do better on things like deadlifts and biking. We've got more muscle mass in our legs because we have to carry our higher mass on our bodies :)
I actually saw Peter midway through this (go to same gym). Didn’t wanna approach him cuz he was with Sophie mid set but I think it’s really cool they’re all self improving.

I love the bench progression with jordan, he has the potential to have a great physique. Also cogger for being 65kg is pretty strong. Also great job on the deadlift by zach and amazing plank by peter. Y'all are fucking Amazing 🔥

I used to be able to plank for over 2 minutes 30 seconds. I stopped working out for a few months, but that's besides the point. The point is that I only pulled it off, locked in to my own world. Earbuds in, music blasting, and in the zone. How do people talk and plank at the same time, and how can they do it while they can hear someone else? Yeah! Underdogs proving that it really is GAINS before GAMES! Go to the gym, workout. Even if it's small improvements over a long time, you are still bettering yourself.
You can tell Jordan and Peter are gym bros, rooting each other on, pushing each other to beat themselves and knowning each others potential. The Nerd and the Jock synergy!

I know it was just a quick bit but you def have that bodybuilder/dorito shape going on for your back 👌 Zack - I gotta say, your improvement on deadlift was insane and super inspiring, that was awesome, made me even more excited to get back in the gym when my knees start feeling up to it! Jordan - I loved seeing the schedule you made for yourself - its such a great idea! Ive been thinking about doing something similar to that for a while now, so thanks for the reminder! Also i thought it was sweet how you made time for Holly and put her name in pink 👍 Peter - I dont mean to sound like a doting parent, but seeing you push yourself to the limit for that last 1km on the bike made me really proud 👏 👍 i literally said to myself, "hell yea, Pete!" when i saw the time you got, so amazing job! You guys are great, keep doing what you're doing and you'll only grow!
