This story really freaks me out. This guy killed so many innocent guys. As Rob kept reading out the victims names, all I kept thinking was "when is it gonna stop?" May this dude be rotting in hell...
Yeah.. Even though people are mad about not having enough privacy cause of all the cameras these days, it’s also good if you think about it. I don’t think a serial killer can get away with this many murders this day and age cause of cameras everywhere and everything saved. In that time, you could basically do anything you want and get away with it, only if someone was a witness or whatever, you’d be caught but otherwise you could kill as many people as you want and no one would know. So I think it’s good we have so many cameras and technology everywhere.
ARMY yeah I am very thankful that there are cameras, when I sell girl scout cookies in Philadelphia I am very thankful for all the times I’ve been saved by a camera or a security guard. Whether it was them trying to steal a box of cookies or even the time somebody grabbed my wrist from behind. Technology and people these days are way better and safer than before and I am very grateful for that.

"I lived in the heights as a child" he said "me and some others were invited to a party but i didn't go" "The next few days i heard that the others that went were murdered" I showed him the pic line up of the boys. "I went to school with some of these boys" "Wow" i said "i wouldn't be here if you went to that party"
That last part about Dean Corll’s victims was beautifully done. The soft melody in the background, and the feelings of sorrow and sadness in his voice while he is talking about all these boys. That really made me tear up.
You should do a video on David Parker Ray (aka The Toy-Box Killer)! I live right by the town he lived in. It's a super fucked up story but incredibly interesting.
oh wow. i just listened to that episode on last podcast on the left. yeah it is a brutal crime, interesting how they used mkultra techniques for wiping their mind.
I still find it devastating that Kelli Garrett went through all that just to have the police call her a liar, and her husband file for divorce because he thought she was cheating on him. How can he live with himself.
Henley confessed to having personally strangled and/or shot several of the victims. He went into detail how long it takes to strangle somebody and that it takes much longer than you see on TV.
These poor boys. Innocent, gullible, trusting. Fell into the hands of the devil. I recently saw the polaroid of victim 29 and its scarred me for life. There are no words for this evil.
this is part of the reason why i'd like not to have children. i adore kids and in a perfect world i would have 9, but i have an anxiety disorder that would prevent me from letting them go out or anything because i fear exactly this. i worry they'd think i was too strict or overprotective - but i just don't want to lose them or hear them scream 'mama' into their receivers as they're killed. ugh.
I hope you find some comfort in knowing that in this digital day and age where everyone has camera phones (and always have them out) and there are traffic and surveillance cameras around and inside nearly every business and amber alerts exist it would be a lot more difficult to get away with.
@@nnggghhaa3709 Yeah, just roll the dice on something like this happening. Gambling with the wellbeing of others is totally moral! The truth is you have very, very, very little control over what happens to other people unless you have them under lock and key. Forcing new humans into this hellish world is one of the most selfish things you can do.
i'd never actually heard of this guy before which is pretty surprising to me because i've been deeply fascinated by and done a lot of reading about serial killers since high school AND i live in houston. weird to think my dad was in the area and fit the victim profile when this was going on. he was very troubled at that age as well so he would've been very vulnerable to this sort of thing.
I went to school in the Houston Heights, across the street from a building with a Dutch door, the man there gave broken candy to the kids, he gave candy to girls too, but I saw the bigger pieces go to boys. I was a little kid then but I felt the building was evil.
If UA-cam don't want to put ads on Rob's channel because his content is “not advertiser friendly” then why'd they invite him to be part of UA-cam Rewind??
This case has always fascinated me. How do two teenage boys get other teenagers for a murderer so he can torture and kill them? I think a lot of people thought that Dean Corll was a monster, so he was but those two boys knew what they were getting into. They knew what was going to happen to those boys and they helped bury them. I have always thought that all three were monsters and they should have got the death penalty
I live in the Houston Area (about 5 minutes from Pasadena) and i've lived her for over 16 years, but my Aunt has lived her for even well into the times of these murders and my two cousins were around the age of the boys that Dean, David and Wayne would kill and it just freaks me out knowing all that happened just a few decades ago and i had close family here. Really makes you realize that these people are anywhere...
This video reminded me of my teens when I would walk home and some the old dudes would ask me if I need a ride. To think that is how these abductions started.
A friend of mine and I did a one hour podcast dedicated to Dean Corll. We're both from Houston so it was a pretty spooky thing to discuss especially since we are both familiar with the areas where most victims were taken.
I love this series, but what is probably most disturbing is that some time in the future, Rob or another YT'er or wtv is going to mention a serial killer that started his killing spree today as you are reading this comment....
Pedro Mendes I've actually thought of that too. what heinous crimes are being committed rn that'll make news and maybe history my heart hurts for those people
I don't know about you but I am always relieved when a new serial killer is convicted, because I know that they're out there but it's good to know that they're still being caught. Check out Neal Falls. He was only a couple of years ago. A prostitute who he was trying to kill grabbed his gun and shot him. A murder kit was found in his car and he's been linked to 8 murders, possibly more. He's dead now though.
Pedro Mendes um buddy, despite what tv will have you believe, serial killers are a very rare breed of criminal. And they’re almost non existent in 2018 due to technology. So don’t be so paranoid and stay in reality please.😊
I grew up in ATLANTA. We had the Atlanta child murders. You remember that? The biggest case in American history because it had every law enforcement agencies in the country on the case. . It was terrifying.
I live in Pasadena right now, and it's really freaky that this had happened where I currently live. I know all of the places he's talking about too, it's so weird to listen to him say them all
I can’t imagine the most gut wrenching feeling you would get by receiving a phone call from your child , hear the scream of “MAMA!” & that be the last you hear or see your child alive. That would haunt me forever.
I was actually really happy to see that you chose to do Dean Corrl. I did a report on him in my criminal justice class in high school. His story really fascinated me.
Considering Rob asks people to come forward with any information they might have when there is an unsolved case, I think it is a disgrace his content is demonetized.
This is one of the most heartbreaking things I have ever heard. Those poor, poor boys :'( I hope to God they're in a better place. I literally feel sick
When I come across crime cases like these... I feel like I despair a little. So much cruelty in this world man. So damn sad. R.I.P. to to the victims 💜
This stories craziness goes waaaaaaay beyond what he can put in a short video. Love how he honored all the victims! Almost all of these kids grew up together and a lot were in the same group of friends, even families. They were almost all labeled runaways...
The artwork in these are really good. I don't see many comments on the artwork, but I'd like to say that the artwork is very good! And I get a clearer picture of everything with the pictures added. So thank you, whoever drew these pictures.
As someone who grew up and lived in Houston Texas his whole life, and only recently learned about this, and even though it happened many years ago, it's still a little too close to home and I can't believe it happened.
uh, this was just ridiculous! i lost count of how many victims even on my second time watching it. not much turns my stomach anymore, but this sure did.
I'm from Vidor, Dean played trombone in the band. In his senior yearbook he was described as "sweet to know" and "very occupied". My English teacher and I were really into this dude's history
When I was a kid, we delivered papers to that property that boat shed was on. It was super creepy seeing that place every day. That was years later; late 70s early 80s.
So awful, this man was truly pure evil, this is one of the serial killer cases that upsets me the most to hear about, fucking tragic waste of young lives...
"Wally tried to call his mother but only managed to shout "Mama" into the phone before it disconnected." Dunno why but something about that fact got to me. So sad.
I had mentioned the movie Candy Man to my mother, she had never seen the movie but she did mention how this sick freak was just starting his reign of terror when she first came to America having come to Houston back in the 70s. She said that people where truly horrified by the events when all that had happened came to light.
You know, my grandmas boyfriends friend was taken by the candy man, and her boyfriend was almost taken too. She said it was scary. I just feel bad that those people had to experience such fear in such a young age
sddwtbnofather corrl killed two different sets of bros. but the baulchs lost one son in 70' to a car wreck and one to corrl in 71' and last one to corrl in 72'...😏
I had been a fan of rob for many years and I am still glad he is there with us and we are growing old together. Rob may you have victory in everything you do InshaAllah. Love you so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I've read broadly on most serial killers. I can tell you that this is one of the more painful cases the deeper you go - one of the worst killers. People use "worst" for every case these days. They are all bad but there is a spectrum. Corll was in my opinion the worst so be careful if you delve into this one. He escaped too lightly by gunshots too, he needed to be shot twice, maimed, tried, and put in prison with some bad mofos.
This is a perfect example of why sex education should be taught to children & To let children do not get in a car with a stranger or socialize with a stranger. I taught my children not to accept rides with anybody they knew or did not know. Unless they had the password that my children new only &i. This is a perfect example of where lives possibly could have been saved if the parents had trained the children at a young age. You may think they are to young in which I agree. But what is the safest? A dead child or one that will grow up with knowledge
This has nothing to do with sex education. The police should give classes on what to look for. Red flags. Never talk to strangers and never trust anyone
Most victims knew Brooks and Henley, and were familiar with Corll through Corll Candy Company across the street from school and parties hosted by the Candyman. Team Corll were not strangers one bit to most of the victims.
I can't even imagine being the mother who received that call from her son.
Chances are the sound of her son's voice pleading her name haunted her the rest of her life.
I know that's so heartbreaking 😥

That last part about Dean Corll’s victims was beautifully done. The soft melody in the background, and the feelings of sorrow and sadness in his voice while he is talking about all these boys. That really made me tear up.
I did a report on him in high school... terrifying guy
Julianna Kopa he killed my great uncles jerry and Donald.
Amanda Brook im sorry that fucking bastard
Amanda Brooke R.I.P hope all is well
How did the teacher and class mates react
Amanda Brooke im sorry to hear that
You should do a video on David Parker Ray (aka The Toy-Box Killer)! I live right by the town he lived in. It's a super fucked up story but incredibly interesting.
Kerry Perdue have you ever read the tapes transcript?.
Yes, I listened to someone read the transcripts on "Last Podcast on the Left"! Completely horrific.
oh wow. i just listened to that episode on last podcast on the left. yeah it is a brutal crime, interesting how they used mkultra techniques for wiping their mind.
It's crazy how his victims still haven't been found:(
I still find it devastating that Kelli Garrett went through all that just to have the police call her a liar, and her husband file for divorce because he thought she was cheating on him. How can he live with himself.
"We helped, but we never killed anyone."
Watching and aiding a murderer is as much murder as taking the blade straight to the victims heart...
Not to disagree, but I bet most people would do the same thing being afraid dean might kill you. I honestly think he didn’t have much choice
Henley confessed to having personally strangled and/or shot several of the victims. He went into detail how long it takes to strangle somebody and that it takes much longer than you see on TV.
Worse that he knew some of them absolutely disgusting
This phrase reminded me of the countries that helped the American army.
These poor boys. Innocent, gullible, trusting. Fell into the hands of the devil. I recently saw the polaroid of victim 29 and its scarred me for life. There are no words for this evil.
this is part of the reason why i'd like not to have children. i adore kids and in a perfect world i would have 9, but i have an anxiety disorder that would prevent me from letting them go out or anything because i fear exactly this. i worry they'd think i was too strict or overprotective - but i just don't want to lose them or hear them scream 'mama' into their receivers as they're killed. ugh.
you can teach your kid about stragers ans self defence.
Everyone dies eventually, most deaths range from unpleasant to excruciatingly painful. Not to mention the various types of suffering that occur throughout one's life. Forcing new humans into this hellish world is one of the most selfish things you can do.
Statistically speaking you're more likely to kill your children than a stranger is.
Jasper Scargost that’s because we protect our children from strange men idiot.

I always close the video and reopen until I get one. Took 5 tries but I got one. ☺
I took three ads just in case.

i'd never actually heard of this guy before which is pretty surprising to me because i've been deeply fascinated by and done a lot of reading about serial killers since high school AND i live in houston.
weird to think my dad was in the area and fit the victim profile when this was going on. he was very troubled at that age as well so he would've been very vulnerable to this sort of thing.
Who can take a sunrise, sprinkle it with dew? Cover it in chocolate and a body count or two? The candyman!

I went to school in the Houston Heights, across the street from a building with a Dutch door, the man there gave broken candy to the kids, he gave candy to girls too, but I saw the bigger pieces go to boys. I was a little kid then but I felt the building was evil.
ayyyy i went to reagan high school in the heights down on studewood

If UA-cam don't want to put ads on Rob's channel because his content is “not advertiser friendly” then why'd they invite him to be part of UA-cam Rewind??
everytime Rob says the last name I can only think of that stupid Walking Dead meme...CORALLL!
Keltik55 I scrolled way to much, to find this comment. Glad I'm not the only one. 😂
Keltik55 same
Same 😂😂
Those psycho, killing machines were brutal. That's so sad. Rob, thank you for sharing, and always putting out quality work!!! You rock!!!
Katie Lee hey..
Really makes you realize that these people are anywhere...
monsters!, i can't believe this went on for so long, so many victims.truly 😢
Not even three minutes, and you've gotten 1,200 views already.
Good on you, Rob.
This video reminded me of my teens when I would walk home and some the old dudes would ask me if I need a ride. To think that is how these abductions started.
"You won't shoot me."
-Guy who was shot
My God, so many young men's lives taken away by this monster. My heart ached each time you said a name with or without a face to go with it.
Pedro Mendes I've actually thought of that too. what heinous crimes are being committed rn that'll make news and maybe history my heart hurts for those people
Or that someone watching this video will probably one day be murdered
I don't know about you but I am always relieved when a new serial killer is convicted, because I know that they're out there but it's good to know that they're still being caught.
Check out Neal Falls. He was only a couple of years ago. A prostitute who he was trying to kill grabbed his gun and shot him. A murder kit was found in his car and he's been linked to 8 murders, possibly more. He's dead now though.
Are serial killers rare these days or did we just get better at catching them?
Pedro Mendes um buddy, despite what tv will have you believe, serial killers are a very rare breed of criminal. And they’re almost non existent in 2018 due to technology. So don’t be so paranoid and stay in reality please.😊
As a teen living in Galveston County at the time, I remember this as if it were yesterday. 😟
I grew up in ATLANTA. We had the Atlanta child murders. You remember that? The biggest case in American history because it had every law enforcement agencies in the country on the case. . It was terrifying.
I live in Pasadena right now, and it's really freaky that this had happened where I currently live. I know all of the places he's talking about too, it's so weird to listen to him say them all
I live next door to a drug dealer
Oak I used to live down the street from one, till he got arrested and his family moved away
Cathy V thank God you weren't apart of it
That case was just coming to light when my family moved to the Houston in 1973. It was a huge deal here.
It was a big deal .
It traumatized me as a kid and watching the ch.13 news of the boat shed where they buried most of the bodies.
His story really fascinated me.
llamas with hats paul: COOOORRRRLL how could you?
carl: i had a craving for people
My mom lived down the street from him when she was young. Her best friend's brother was murdered by Dean Corll, as well as two boys she knew.
Fuck!
Could you tell me the victim is.
Wow

Considering Rob asks people to come forward with any information they might have when there is an unsolved case, I think it is a disgrace his content is demonetized.
Because the elites in charge of media, social media, the government, the vatican etc are....
This is one of the most heartbreaking things I have ever heard. Those poor, poor boys :'( I hope to God they're in a better place. I literally feel sick
Holy fuck, you actually did it O.O
I saw a comment for him to do this. We're you the one?
MemeyLoaf wrong where-
No, not me; but I saw it too and didn't think Rob would actually do it! Glad to see him prove me wrong, this was very interesting.
Ispell2 not sure why it tagged you, you hadn't even commented back when I wrote this...
🌙 ImOnlyADream🌙 if you're correcting his Grammar yours is wrong too, it would be were - which leads me to belive autocorrect may be involved :)
im going to predict that his parents abused him i'll update if Im right or wrong.
update: I was wrong.
alper simsek Eh, his dad was kind of an ass
Julianna Kopa I'm a ass
Saul Diaz Interesting...
alper simsek I have an ass?
+bornracer 230 I eat ass
When I come across crime cases like these... I feel like I despair a little. So much cruelty in this world man. So damn sad. R.I.P. to to the victims 💜
This stories craziness goes waaaaaaay beyond what he can put in a short video. Love how he honored all the victims! Almost all of these kids grew up together and a lot were in the same group of friends, even families. They were almost all labeled runaways...
The artwork in these are really good. I don't see many comments on the artwork, but I'd like to say that the artwork is very good! And I get a clearer picture of everything with the pictures added. So thank you, whoever drew these pictures.
so many senseless killings, innocent lives lost. 😢
Corrl! That kills people!
Hazon Dakir Wow. Really? I did not know that.
Hazon Dakir
Did you finish your meat dragon Corrl?
Hazon Dakir You're right. Iiiii suck.
That is hilarious. Well done.
Grocktoczar not funny
I don't know why, but every time Rob says the guy's last name, it makes me think of Rick Grimes's, "CORAAAAAAAAL!"
Jen Campbell I was gonna say that!
Literally what I was just thinking lol
As someone who grew up and lived in Houston Texas his whole life, and only recently learned about this, and even though it happened many years ago, it's still a little too close to home and I can't believe it happened.
I was of that age and living in the area when Gacy was active. Im 64 now and it still gives me chills
COOORRRRL
Cassie Jay I said that too when I got the notification
Cassie Jay had to scroll WAY too far for this
Cassie Jay bless you xDD
WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, CORRL???
Damnit I wanted to make this comment

He's a sweet-talkin', sugar coated candy man

200th thumb up I rule :)...
Ralfs Egle You realize that you are making jokes about a child rapist and murderer right?
Ralfs Egle theres only one worse thing then a rapist..
a child
uh, this was just ridiculous! i lost count of how many victims even on my second time watching it. not much turns my stomach anymore, but this sure did.
I'm from Vidor, Dean played trombone in the band. In his senior yearbook he was described as "sweet to know" and "very occupied". My English teacher and I were really into this dude's history
My heart breaks for these boys 💔
✌✌❤❤
Love the work bro fuck censorship bullshit
Growing up in Texas, I remember that .I was, about the same age as his victim's,.
I will never forget it. !
God bless the families.

When I was a kid, we delivered papers to that property that boat shed was on. It was super creepy seeing that place every day. That was years later; late 70s early 80s.
According to Elmer Wayne Henley, still 2 boys buried in the boatshed, 2 on High Island, 12+ buried somewhere nobody except Corll knows about.
So awful, this man was truly pure evil, this is one of the serial killer cases that upsets me the most to hear about, fucking tragic waste of young lives...
"Wally tried to call his mother but only managed to shout "Mama" into the phone before it disconnected."
Dunno why but something about that fact got to me. So sad.
Jesus man, i can't imagine the horrors those boys and young men must have gone through before they die. May they rest in peace.
I had mentioned the movie Candy Man to my mother, she had never seen the movie but she did mention how this sick freak was just starting his reign of terror when she first came to America having come to Houston back in the 70s. She said that people where truly horrified by the events when all that had happened came to light.
Not going to lie, it kinda bugs me these killers are removed before being questioned...ruins the chance to pick their brain.
RIP those young boys and teens whose lives were snuffed out TOO SOON:( Hope the families get justice and closure someday!
- $300. Bless you, Rob.
It would be amazing if you talked about Robert Pickton aka The Butcher or The Pig head Killer. He is such a scary and twisted man.
Canada does not want to discuss Robert Pickton for various reasons. Pickton had accomplices but they could not locate them.
You know, my grandmas boyfriends friend was taken by the candy man, and her boyfriend was almost taken too. She said it was scary. I just feel bad that those people had to experience such fear in such a young age
Rip to all this mans victims 🙏🏽❤️😭
The Baulch parents...there are no words...
sddwtbnofather corrl killed two different sets of bros. but the baulchs lost one son in 70' to a car wreck and one to corrl in 71' and last one to corrl in 72'...😏
The other brothers are the Waldrops both killed on the same day.
Hi Rob. I hope your day was great, thanks for the video.

He was honorably discharged in 1965. Can u just imagine if this guy went to Vietnam?
Dean would of probably been more fucked up or would of died in combat
Rachel Edwards, he would be a war criminal.
Andrea Yanome true
@@thekiller7994 Hopefully, he would have gotten picked off by the V.C. when his M-16 rifle malfunctioned (like they are notorious for).
Ken Morin one that will grow up with knowledge
This has nothing to do with sex education. The police should give classes on what to look for. Red flags. Never talk to strangers and never trust anyone
Most victims knew Brooks and Henley, and were familiar with Corll through Corll Candy Company across the street from school and parties hosted by the Candyman. Team Corll were not strangers one bit to most of the victims.
Sean Begaye, but children should be taught about consent.
there is a video tape of Wayne calling his mother to tell her he shoot and killed Dean it is heartbreaking to hear his mother
I remember this awful killing. I felt sick to my stomach. Thank you for the truthful videos. This is real life.
