I think that we all go through waves of planty motivation & lack thereof, honestly. Watching plant chore vids is my favorite planty content & it makes me want to do my own!
You are a breath of fresh real life air. Never stop being you. Thank you for always sharing even the shortest content. It was great to see you in your element!
Please don't put yourself down! You seem to be an amazing young woman juggling a very busy life! You are my favorite plant person that I watch on UA-cam. Thank you for taking the time to film these informative and motivating videos! I've recently started collecting plants again after my kids moved on with their own lives. I am a huge syngonium and hoya fan.
I know this is a 3 month old video and I don't watch religiously (sorry) but you seem incredibly happy and content... But who am I ... I dont know what drew me in more the plant content or your good aura. Everyone deserves happiness... Keep doing what your doing because its contagious. Thanks
Your outfit looks perfect on you. I think your plants perked right up and are going to be so happy now. None of my hoyas have ever bloomed. I'm still hoping though.
Having positive motivation is literally one of the best feelings in the world. When I go through those phases I get so much done and feel so good. The feeling eventually fades, at least my experience, but when it comes it's amazing.
Yesss, Kalanchoe Marnieriana are rarely talked about! They don't get nearly enough love. I got a tiny one in 2020 that grew so nicely and so fast, I loved it very much. Unfortunately my Marnieriana was one of the many plants stolen off of my porch last year. Have never been able to find one locally, but when I can afford to go plant shopping again it's high up on my list. I love the Lavender Scallops as well! So happy to see Kalanchoes getting attention.
I have to say, this is one of my favorite videos of harli! She didn’t edit much out and girl I relate to you so much 😂❤️ like at timestamp 6:10 GIRL I laughed so hard because that was literally ME, but I love how this video was, it really makes you feel like we’re right there with you! Keep it up ❤️
I'm not here to say this is her process but for reuse, you just boil it. It does break down and as it does, it gets more acidic but you've got several uses before that becomes an issue, I just add the small bits into my soil mixes
That true Harli i do the same thing lol i have to was some in my tiny bluetooth speake talking about there plant and u see me doing my plant chore too lol
Total babe vibes!! So happy to see your energy back 💕 winters are tough, especially when you have little ones. I’ve always loved your repotting videos, and you in depth videos on how you successfully/unsuccessfully care for your plants. When do you plan on releasing your next repotting/murder episode?
Love your videos, Harli! Your Fishtail Hoya is amazing. Many thanks as always for the plant tips you give throughout your videos. They are always very helpful. Love it when you have your Hoya videos but honestly I am always happy to see everything posted by you. 😊Take care! 👌🪴🥰
I want your thing to be propagation bins…. I think it’s your thing lol. I know you’ve done them in the past and you’d feel maybe your repeating information but I just don’t care, I really enjoy watching them 😂 I also learn to be more experimental from you. just because you have a good attitude towards life, not everything has to be perfect, or perfectly done, whilst using the most perfect looking tools. Sometimes it’s nice to be cute, but it doesn’t need to be sustained all day everyday all year round lol. I take information to be gospel at times and it heightens my anxiety because I’m so worried about getting things wrong. But you seem to encourage me to go against the grain to just experiment, have fun, and to not overthink everything !
Yay a repot video!!!!! I need to do some repotting as well. I’ve been doing the bare minimum for my plants. They are fine but some need more. Busy season. So this video gave me motivation.
I'm obsessed with your polyneura!! Love it! I also battle with vitamin D defeciency. Since l take prescription vitamin D, and still had problems, l started occasionally munching on Vit. D gummies. Works for me. Good luck!
You asked what your “thing” was, I personally always enjoyed your plant tours 😊 and especially how your plants have grown, or moved and mentioning new plants to the family.
I am so glad you are feeling better and very active. I just love watching you no mater what you do. By the way thank you for LiqurDirt recommendation my plants are looking so healthy and much better.
Big big fan! I am guilty however, I just subscribed 😅😅😅 but I’ve watched so many many videos. I do miss the “potting a murder” videos. I was like please bring it up during the video 😂😂😂 would love to see more! Love the videos!
I totally go through slumps with my plant care too. It's hard with a toddler and being exhausted all of the time! But man, I do love my plants. Your videos have always been my favorite!
It looked like you ladies had a wonderful camping trip. God's beauty surrounded you. I bet your boys missed you though. The Oregon Coast has had over 60 inches of rain since January! Then suddenly one day it turned to 90 degree temps and beautiful blue sky. I'm fairly new to Hoya and they are all young plants so I'm trying to be patient for the flowers.❤❤
Since you're inviting fleeting thoughts, I find it so relatable...'there was like a cactus needle in my finger, I think I got it, what was I saying?'. A total plant parent tangent, made me smile.
Enjoyed the video. I’ve never seen a Hoya bloom in person. My Hoya Multiflora got a peduncle and buds. I was so excited. Watching it every day. I get up this morning and they all had fallen off but two but they probably will also. I’m so bummed 🙁
@@karenb136 Definitely not alone. I'm sorry, too but solidarity ❤ They are very sensitive to soil moisture, especially while flowering. I'm pretty sure this is where I went wrong, it wasn't dry but I think it just wasn't quite enough. Once they set blooms, don't let it get dry Here's to Round Two! 🍻
Looking forward to watching this, especially after reading the comments. I've been struggling so, so hard with plant motivation lately. I've been trying very, very hard to stay on top of pests but I've started traveling again for work so my plants don't always get watered at the perfect interval and I think it's been making my struggle with mealy bugs harder. I can't remember if you've ever done a video about this but I wish there were more videos about how to care for your plants when they are burning you out or when it feels like all you're doing is staying on top of pest management. I love my plants when they are thriving but sometimes when they are struggling it can feel so, so hard (especially because it tends to coincide when I'm already feeling burnt out about work or world events or the things).
Dealing With The Embracing Of EVIL In A Nation Claiming To Be UNDER GOD... I Had The Thought That With Our Plants... WE CAN GR💚W BEAUTY!!! #ThankGodForPlants!!!
Hi Harli, you are amazing and always have been, we all go through plant struggles and waves of emotion and times where we might forget our plants, that is normal. You always get back on your feet and fix everything and it's okay. I love the Polyneura it is on my wish list and really need to find one because I love Hoya and this one I have loved for awhile. Thanks for this wonderful video, take care, have a great weekend, sending love and hugs, bye for now. 😊💜
I go through phases where I could not care less about my plants as well :( I think a lot of it has to do with just being generally overwhelmed with life. And that’s always confused me because my plants (like 100 of them at this point lol) bring me so much joy but there are times where the idea of taking care of them just doesn’t appeal to me. But I try to look at my plants like I do my mental health. Caring for them is a reflection of how much I’m willing to care for mySELF, if that makes sense.
Thought I’d actually write down any fleeting ideas 😂…. So I’d also like to see cuttings being potted up after they’ve rooted. I’ve always had lots of questions about this but don’t see it on YT much….. Videos on your favourite Hoya bloom smells and what blooms will look like, sometimes I’m reluctant on buying in case smell is too over powering….. anything abouts pests, I feel like I can never have too much info on this 😂….. grow tent tour? I really want a grow tent but not sure what lights or wattage lights etc….. fun trellis ideas… more day in the life of plant shop…. Ok I’ll stop 😂
I definitely go through waves of motivation. I think that's pretty normal. And definitely directly affected by the level of Vitamin D I'm getting. Love your Polyneura. That's definitely on my wishlist and I can wait to have some Hoya blooms.
My Bella blooms smell like sweet old lady perfume. Not in a bad way. In a comfort and homey kind of way. BUT! You have to practically press your nose against the bloom to smell it and they only really put off the scent the first couple of days. Still, my favorite bloomer🤍 I probably get over 50 during the summer. It lives in the bathroom, directly in a west facing window. Couldn’t get her to bloom anywhere else lol
I have a Hoya Bella that did the same thing where it only produced little yellow peduncles that’s fall off and now it consistently blooms. The best time to smell them is right when they open and it’s a faint floral soap smell to me.
I want a beautiful big polyneura so much. I am absolutely not prepared to pay a scandalous amount for a small polyneura and wait, I want one as lovely and full as yours!
You are an inspiration. I have definitely been receiving more Vitamin D myself and let me tell you… it’s easier applying all that energy to our plant care. Keep up the good work, look forward to your next vid!
Harli, I just want to say how much I love your channel! You have inspired me over the last few months to start my own plant collection and I am loving it! Can't wait to watch every single upcoming video. Love ya Harli!!!!

Love hanging out with planty people.
I went on a vacation, so yesterday I finally had my coffee and a cat on my lap and watched your video. Twas very good.
I don't think I've ever been this early on a video lol, perfect to get my work day started!
Same!! Lol
Saaaame ! 💫
Your outfit looks perfect on you. I think your plants perked right up and are going to be so happy now. None of my hoyas have ever bloomed. I'm still hoping though.
Harli, you are radiant and it rubs off on your plants. Sending hugs xoxo
When I tell you I audibly gasp whenever you show the polyneura 🤯😍 #goals. I love when you make these type of videos, makes my day!!
Oh same. It’s now in my basket on Etsy haha
Hoya bella smells like floral + sunscreen. I love the smell.
Hope you and your family are doing well Harli 💖
I love your humor. Your videos are relaxing ❤️

Can you do a video on your spag moss from arrival, preparation and how you clean it after a use and prepare it for repurpose?

Great video! Enjoy watching the mundane plant things while I'm doing chores🤣
I view you as the queen of prop boxes!🙌🏻
love the outfit :) thank you for sharing, watching others do things inspires me to do things, i really appreciate your content!!
Beautiful Hoyas and Hoya blooms 💚🙌🌿
I was just about to repot a couple of plants when I saw that you had uploaded this video, and now I feel even more motivated! Thanks for sharing 💚
I have to spend some time with my plant babies they need some love .
Yay a repot video!!!!! I need to do some repotting as well. I’ve been doing the bare minimum for my plants. They are fine but some need more. Busy season. So this video gave me motivation.
Lol the saucer definitely doesn't bother me! Mine are the same... sometimes I clean them but I personally think it gives them character 🤓💚
Lovely Plants And Harworking Owner! 👍 Very, very Nice!

Aside from the plants, loving your shorts lol
I'm here for this chaotic repot haha
Love these old school chilled videos 🙏🏼🌿
Thank you!
Your videos always always lifts my mood up. Thank u ❤️
got my first EVER Hoya bloom a few months ago, and it was a half-dead curtsii
Harli… you rock, love your channel. 💚
Hi Harli! I loved this video! Could you do a video of your grow tent and how you set it up and what you needed for it?!
You asked what your “thing” was, I personally always enjoyed your plant tours 😊 and especially how your plants have grown, or moved and mentioning new plants to the family.
Thanks Harli, I've really been enjoying your channel and love all the information you provide. Just wanted to say thanks!😊

The flower clusters are gorgeous
It's so cool that they grow this way!
Hoping my Compacta blooms one day! Yours is so beautiful!!! My Lacunosa is the only Hoya I've had bloom and it smells strongly like Jasmine!
Are you planning on anymore Potting A Murder videos? They are so good!
I love your channel, Harli! Youv'e taught me so much and inspired so many of my planty projects. Also, loving your cute new hair!!

Btw - the hoya polyneura 🥵 such a gorgeous plant!!!
Love all your videos. Really enjoy watching anything you post. You are so relatable!
I have so many happy Hoyas but never had a bloom… my poly is growing like crazy and has penduncles everywhere but they never go beyond that.
Great video Harli 💚

do you have an online store for the plants that you propagate ? I would love to order if you do
A Hoya update tour would be awesome! Love your repotting videos and chats maybe you could do another one with a live chat! ❤

Oh that's very good to know!
Thank you Harli, entertaining, educative and inspiring!
I've been really into the sedum succulents lately... Love the trailing ones!
I'm loving your energy. This video brightened my mood a lot, thank you:))
My Bella has been blooming a bunch! It’s smells very floraly to me.
Oh! Is it only at night?
I smell it at any time. It definitely is more stronger in the evening though. It’s a very light rose petal smell imo.
Always love your videos and your repots
Harling,
I enjoyed this video today. Thank you for sharing your day with us.
Yes I know make more q and a repot see how everything’s going 👍👍👍
I want a beautiful big polyneura so much. I am absolutely not prepared to pay a scandalous amount for a small polyneura and wait, I want one as lovely and full as yours!

Sooo in love with your Hoya fishtail!!! So full 🥰; can’t wait for mine to get big like that.
Love this video! My Bella is blooming and it varies on scent a bit for me 🤷🏻♀️ It smells lightly floral, with a hint of powderiness- it reminds me of baby wipes or deodorant 😆
My Hoya Jennifer blooms weren’t even open for a full day! 🤯 But it was her first, so we’ll see 🙂
