Hi Sewwandi: Both CAPM and PMP are based on PMBOK 6th edition only. Only difference is CAPM is an easy exam. You can definitely refer to my PMP concepts videos and that will help.

HINT (my personal experience) About Whiteboard usage - for Formulas - I use "A" text box. In this case we can use Keyboard to write the formulas, and it can be faster.

I have little concern wherein you said for writing EV formulas . You can use Text tool ( A )to write formula or similar kind of thing which is very easy. This is method is not aware to most of the people.

Good morning Varun, I watched your video in detail yesterday and to my surprise the way you explained the new format received my stress and fears of how to approach the new format following my failure at taking the old format and thanks for showing me that using the white board isn't all that difficult. I am sorry to hear you did not pass the exam in Dec. You can still use PMBOK and head first: they are still applicable for 50% of your predictive questions. They dont cover agile side which is another 50% of the questions. But I am curious, if something didnt help you pass the exam last time, why do you want to use it again. Dont you think so you have to change the strategy? Manage team example you gave is correct. Manage team is part of people process group which will be covered in develop team process. You dont have to do anything special. You can still use PMBOK 6th edition but what should concern you should be agile. Agile is not covered in agile practice guide completely. It is not sufficient. For the current version Sagar: PMBOK 6th edition with agile practice guide is still valid. Exam based on 7th edition would most likely start in 2022. By the way, I am not a big fan of agile practice guide. It doesnt cover everything for the PMP exam, so I made sure I cover each and every topic of agile through my videos. The agile practice guide may be not be sufficient for the PMP exam. There are many things which are not covered in that. I watched the video in detail and found the video very useful, and informative especially the white board usage which seems to be tough to use and time consuming, I was unsuccessful with the previous format and the new format has made me worry a bit, as only 50% will be from the predictive approach and I'll have to understand agile to solve the other 50%, lots of effort will be required from my side to clear this exam and I'm confident that with your guidance I'll be able to manage to clear the exam.

Unfortunately agile practice guide is not sufficient to cover the agile aspect for the PMP exam. How I am saying that? This is because I already have 10-15 students who have passed the PMP exam in this new version. They are relying on my videos and slides to cover agile.
