Hello. When I try to use this plugin in the generate the soap bubble step, it says" you must select a group created with soap skin", then I lost the net, and nothing could be created, it was still the plain surface. please tell me why? Thank you so much.
I put 0.1 for a ratio and the whole things explodes until sketchup is completely broken... Like it eats sketchup and destroys every model in the scene. This plugin needs some more work and "limits", that work. Maybe some more rational operation and numbers. Better yet, just a bounding box or slide guide. It's great for simple things, when it works. But, it's an "all or nothing", limited situation. No grid control. Confusing operation. And I still can't figure out how to use the shape once its done. I can't even edit anything after making a shape. (Escape doesn't work. "Stop" just stops the animation. Selecting tools does nothing. Just constant warnings about a shape not being selected, after I am DONE editing.) Maybe next year it will work.

I am working on a dome like structure where I have developed the dome on soap skin. But I need to puncture a hole in the center on top of the dome... something like an ( oculus ) Can someone help me work this out?

Hi! Try clicking on VIEW - TOOLBARS and select the extension you've installed. It should now show up. I had the same issue yesterday. Have a great day! 😊

When useing sketchup 2019 mac you need to flip your group 90 degrees for it to extrude.
Could do a screen recording of what you are doing as I have tried and its still erroring. I have tried to re-install etc but no joy!

make sure you are click on skin icon after selecting a ungrouped close loop,

When I adjust using X/Y.... my model completely bubbles and completely goes crazy event at the tiniest of input. Has anyone ever seen this?
scale up your model and start from small values.
