Clip taken from the first episode of the original Pocket Monsters series sourced from a rental first press VHS, giving an example of the original "Paka-paka" technique used before the arrival of electric soldier Porygon and the associated "Pokemon Shock" edits to re-releases and overseas broadcasts.
I guess a photo-sensitive epilepsy warning should go here as it definitely includes flashing images!
