#2: make an account
#3: make a new world
#4: press ESC and go to mod opptions
#5: type The Aether and enable it

The recipe was upgraded in the new update
(Only works on Java. Java is on computer only)
build a 4/5 frame out of glowstone
Build a wall behind it
Place water in each corner of the frame
Now, you've made the base.
Water does flow out the portal when you do this, yes, but this isn't all the steps.
Use the command below
/Give @s wind_charge
Now, throw send the wind charge into the portal.
Once you;ve done this, you need to activate the hidden cheat menu, press the following at the same time, twice, really fast.
Alt F4
Once you've done this, the portal should activate, sending you into the realm known as real life. Because there's actually no way you thought ts was real. If you genuinely believed this, go outside, get a few breaths of fresh air, and come back.
Just kidding, it works. You just gotta re-open Minecraft, and the portal should be there, activated.
