I am so glad you don't use wood in the walls. That's one main reason we bought our 2021 Bounder 33C. Well, that and the way you join the sidewalls, floors and roof structure together. You know that would be a great video to show, how Fleetwood joins the walls, floor and roof together.

Would like to see to non toxic foam filled into the aluminum framing air gaps and military grade aluminum strips welded to the framing in the interior wall in front of the white hard foam insulation for all cabinet attachment points. This will help keep cabinets from coming dislodged in the event of an accident.

Wish the manufacturers would weld them aluminum wall frames right instead of a pathetic weld the past 6 years things have gotten worse been in the RV industry for over 37 years and been saving people's life's with reengineering motorhomes do to the lack of manufacturers not doing their jobs correctly just today busted aluminum welds now we have to RIP open a side wall on a 5th wheel that the pin box is moving up and down about 3/4 of an inch sad and a few weeks back a motorhome side wall dropped 1 " do to busted welds on aluminum wall frames
