This video was very helpful for giving me the confidence that I could do the job so thanks for that! However, I did find the wiring portion quite confusing and it turns out that if you have the right harness and camera combination you can get power directly from the head unit as you are supposed to. Thanks again.

Great information video. Do you have problem where if you start the vehicle and wait until the Toyota logo screen pass and audio start playing (I.E warm up vehicle in the cold winter) and then reverse the camera does not work? But if you start the vehicle and reverse right away the camera will work. Once it work, it work all the time until the vehicle is shut off.
I didn't watch the whole video. The main thing I am inspired by it that you have a Prius 2 and not a 4 and put in a backup camera. I buy used cars. Your project opens up my search for a used Prius 2 and just install a backup camera rather than waisting time and money looking for a used Prius 4.Thanks in advance. My apologies in advance for not watching the entire install process. Just knowing you have instructional videos is enough for me to continue my frugal search for a good deal and customize it with a DIY backup camera.
