10 kotak tahu putih (bisa gunakan tahu kuning)
1 butir telur
1 buah tomat (iris kecil)
cabe rawit utuh secukupnya
kemangi secukupnya
daun pisang & tusuk gigi untuk bungkus
Bumbu Halus :
10 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabe merah keriting
2 ruas kunyit
3 butir kemiri (sangrai)
Seasoning :
1 sdm kaldu jamur
1 sdm garam
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt merica bubuk

1 tomato (small sliced)
whole cayenne pepper to taste
basil to taste
banana leaves & toothpicks for wrapping

5 curly red chilies
2 segments of turmeric
3 candlenuts (roasted)

1 tbsp mushroom stock
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
