Dragon Point - PANTAI INDAH KAPUK (PIK 2)
Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) is a gated community, located in parts of Penjaringan, North Jakarta and Kapuk, West Jakarta, Indonesia. It is one of most prestigious residential areas in Jakarta along with Menteng, Pondok Indah, and Puri Indah. PIK is often the most sought residential area for wealthy Chinese-Indonesians, featuring large mansions in exclusive gated clusters. The area never floods, despite being in close proximity with flood-prone districts.
Although most of PIK area are housing estates, there are businesses on the main roads such as Pantai Indah Utara, Pantai Indah Selatan, and Marina Indah. The Cordoba and Crown Golf shophouses on the Marina Indah Road are famous for restaurants and cafes. PIK can be accessed from Jakarta Airport Toll Road and Jakarta Outer Ring Road West. Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) adalah kawasan yang berlokasi di antara Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara dan Kapuk, Jakarta Barat. Kawasan ini merupakan salah satu area hunian bergengsi di Jakarta bersama Menteng, Pondok Indah, and Puri Indah. PIK merupakan kawasan hunian yang paling dicari oleh warga kelas atas Indonesia keturunan Tiongkok, bercirikan rumah - rumah besar dalam kelompok cluster. Kawasan ini tidak pernah banjir walaupun berlokasi dekat dengan lingkungan yang rentan banjir.
Walaupun mayoritas kawasan PIK merupakan kawasan hunian, namun tetap ada beberapa pusat bisnis di sepanjang jalan utama, seperti Pantai Indah Utara, Pantai Indah Selatan dan Marina Indah. Ruko The Cordoba dan ruko Crown Golf di Jalan Marina Indah sangat dikenal dengan rumah makan dan kafenya. PIK dapat dikunjungi melalui Jalan Tol Bandara Jakarta dan Jalan Tol Lingkar Luar.
