I agree with your question. Unfortunately, for them to do so would be to depart from the dorky, ungainly monstrosities (e.g. CRV) that they are now pushing. Honda used to make such great, practical, and, yes, good looking cars.
I’ve got a 68’ Honda S800 sports, it took 8 years to restore to perfection.. black with black leather interior engine total rebuild all original with hardtop and wind deflector and new cabriolet roof in black mohair Also totally re-chromed..I have to run it in and it sounds so good, soon I’ll be able to give it a bit of welly but for now, I must resist.. Amazing car from Honda (crx v-tec wasn’t bad either among others)

本田技研工業様、もし間違っていたらごめんなさい。この車はS800のリジッドアクスルタイプのようですが、キャブレターがS800Mに採用された30Jのように見えます（0:32）。キャブレターだけS800Mのものに載せ換えてあるのでしょうか。それともM以前のリジッドアクスルタイプでも加速ポンプ付きの30Jを載せていたものがあったのでしょうか。
