The bonding ability seems very attractive. I'm so happy there's an adapter recognized by iPhone that can host some SIM cards and route data through that adapter. 👍
On the current iPhones and iPads with USB-C it's much easier now. It took some looking to find a good adapter for Lightning, that would accept 2 modems, but yes .. it's possible.
I tried this but on my action 4 I get a lot of drop outs when I’m IRL riding my bike. Should I get Netgear night hawk hot spot ? Also I am streaming direct to UA-cam
@@RideWithAnthony well, I just spotted, that you're streaming directly to UA-cam. That unfortunately is what prevents you from using multiple modems/bonding and also means, you have no protection from going offline.
Speedify is utter rubbish. But you can self-host a srtla-relay. In the Moblin discord is a #srtla-server channel, that has documentation on 2 docker containers, that you can use for self-hosting. Or .. you can run Moblin on a Mac at home. Moblin is not only a streaming application. Moblin can also act as a near fully fledged OBS replacement with SRTLA receiver.
@ nice have you done Moblin on a iPad using an external camera? I’m thinking using iPad usb c connection external camera like DJI and netgear nigh hawk hot spot for cycling IRL streaming
Id like to know if you have advice for me :) If I connect the Osmo Pocket 3 to my phone via RTMP in Moblin and then stream it from Moblin to my OBS setup at home, the outcome in obs is really laggy :( How can I connect my Osmo Pocket through Moblin to my OBS without any lag and ensure a smooth transmission? I dont use Belabox just the smartphone using moblin
Belabox Cloud. There are two components to Belabox: Belabox - the encoder and Belabox Cloud - the bonding relay. Moblin uses the same protocol as Belabox, so you can use Belabox Cloud to achieve bonding with Moblin.
hello... can we use lightning to multiple usb A connector and connect multiple usb 4g dongles..? and strengthen the uploading speed through network bonding in Moblin. will thiz works...?
It looks like you didn't watch the entire video, because I did cover that. I've managed to get 2 USB-A modems to work with specific Lightning adapters, as long as the two modems were not of the same brand. That seems to be the max.
@@Ragesh-ho1eq Ah. Now I understand, what you want to know. Moblin uses a special protocol called SRTLA, which was developed for Belabox. It requires a SRTLA relay (either hosted by yourself or by subscribing to Belabox Cloud at $10/month) to achieve bonding. Moblin can with that access all network interfaces, that your iPhone has, at the same time. That is the internal data, wifi and modems via USB. So far our testing shows, up to 2 modems can be attached to Lightning based iPhones and iPads. On USB-C iPhones and iPads you can attach even more using a USB hub.
It's using the onboard SIM ... and the WiFi ... and then up to 2 more modems. And no, a single SIM is rarely enough to keep a stable stream, if you're on the move. Sure, if you are static in one place, you know fairly quickly, if it's going to work or not. But the idea of multiple data connections is, so that you can have SIMs from more than one provider and your stream doesn't go offline, if one of the SIMs ends up with a bad connection.
You can stream directly to Twitch from Moblin, but the settings would be different. You would need a scene with RTMP and you can not use HEVC, as Twitch does not support it at the moment.
I did not understand how u connected the osmo action to the rtmp server ...did you need to bring the stream over the mimo app into moblin? Or did the cam just connect somehow?
I want to use Moblin to obs to UA-cam

@@EmeraldAudiovisual Hi there. Can you share the specific lightning adapter that you were using that works the best?

how do i fix the audio? im switch camera like external from iphone but the audio on iphone does not match.

so to do bonding it has to be done on belabox cloud? can i use speedyfy

Will this app work well on iphone 12 with action 4 or pocket 3?
It needs minimum an iPhone 8, so your iPhone 12 should work, no problem.

So the iPhone can consume connection right from the usb-modem with this adapter?

you can use own Srt(LA) server and bonding will works too

You always have to start RTMP out of DJI cameras via the Mimo app. Otherwise the camera would not know, where to send the stream.
@@EmeraldAudiovisual makes sense...and I tought so. SRT would be a great addition to the mimo app...would save a ton of workarounds
How do you take the emoji off your mouth on the app?? Bc I can’t remove it
On the right, the button with the mask and brush, click that, then untick "Mouth"
