Wouldn't be surprised, a lot of Greek myths are continuous retelling of old indoeuropeans tales, also the Caucasians interacted with the Greek very early on due to the Greek colonies on the black sea. Im definitely going to read more on it

As the famous Ossetian Historian Georgi Kokiev and Armenian Historian Arutyunov said, the Alans are the grandchildren of the Karachays, not the Ossetians.

Very cool, I have an English translation of the Nart Sagas, they're very bizarre and colorful but have many similarities to Greek mythology.
We can actualy say some greek mythological stories are based on the tales of the Narts
