The injury was from Mark's puppy. He brought it to the set with him and one of the crew members was roughhousing with it. Something happened, during the roughhousing, that spooked the pup and he felt threatened so he lashed out. It was an accident that she is over reacted to. The pup was not brought to the set again. I am starting to think that all of those years of dying her hair black, it is naturally blonde, has finally gone to her head. Maybe all of those chemicals did something to her brain.
Anything can spook dogs. They can be unpredictable especially if the dog has a jumpy personality from the start. Had next door neighbors with a pitbull for years. My dad took it for walks, gave it rides to the vet when its' owner needed a lift, then one day he was feeding it a milkbone which he had done before, something spooked the dog and the dog bit my dad on the hand, broke the skin, but didn't tear the limb off, thank goodness. He didn't call the pound, just thought that the dog had reacted like dogs do when they get jumpy. I wonder what breed of dog Mark and Pam have.

First off, the crew member was rough housing with the dog, who was a rescue, and the dog got anxious enough to bite the crew member. Mark Harmon apologized and paid for that crew member's medical bills. Secondly, Pauley wanted the dog banned from the set for good but it didn't happen because after that incident with the crew member, Harmon had the dog retrained and keeps him in (Harmon's) trailer. As someone who has a rescue dog, you have no idea what kind of life that pet had before you took them in. We had one dog that had been beaten by his owner and my mother trained him enough that he didn't bite anyone in the family but unfortunately the dog hated men because the previous owner (a man) had treated him like shit. Then a few years later we got another rescue, a pretty little border collie mix that was hyper and fast. Unfortunately, she bit my (late) father twice and my mom's best friend when she came to visit. And that is the sweetest woman in the world. Dad had enough so we put her down. Having a rescue dog means trying to find out that animal's nuances, if they are aggressive in any way, have anxiety, etc. You have to put it through training and socialize the animal. Let me tell you, those shelters don't tell you shit about the animals because they have no idea about what that dog/cat has been through! Sorry. Back at the topic at hand. No one else had a problem with the dog after he was retrained because if the dog was on set, Harmon was there to make sure he behaved and the dog has done so as far as I know. Pauley was the one with the problem and no one else. As for being physically assaulted by Mark Harmon: give me a break! If he had, then that would mean he could have had a past history of it but no one else has come out and claimed Harmon hurt them. And this is the age of the #metoo movement! So..really Pauley? Thespian culture is vile and people sacrificed themselves to this culture to be famous. Kirk Cameron was one of the few people who could be successful in entertainment without compromising his values. You don't hear his name very often though because he is not of that culture. I have worked around student Thespians. Some throw themselves in that culture while others have passed up starring opportunities that would lead them to great places because that culture will own the life of the actor and strip the human down until he/she engages in acts demanded by the porn driven minds. After binge-watching this show and watching the character arch of Pauley's character I am not surprised, nor can I believe what she is saying. Her character started of good but then over the last 10 years became so irritating and unbelievable that I knew it was a matter of time before the accusations would start to fly. Unfortunately, the way Hollywood is today he does not stand a chance.

One of her now deleted tweets : “You think I didn’t expect blow back? You got me wrong. THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew! And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!? and I lost my job.” What came out as happening was Harmon brought his dog to work and it bit a co-worker and she was mad that he brought the dog back again after the attack, yes stupid and careless of him if true however her vagueness painted a picture far more horrific and allowed people to believe it was a sexual assault. Eliza or whatever her name is needs to grow up and get some thicker skin, so what if a person hits on you or makes dirty jokes or mocks you, she's an adult not a child.

How are these women so fragile & sensitive maybe it me being from the Bronx but at the first sign any man or women steps over boundaries I will set them straight. Am a nurse and women are extremely mean when you start as new nurse a lot of bulling goes on and you need to learn to set boundaries and flex your personality to make sure you set the bullies straight. Also you got to learn to do this and be great team together as well. It takes a lot of work, it takes a lot of letting go of your ego & misguided pride to learn to not be sensitive address you will not accept certain behavior and still work like a team.
Waiting 15 years to back stab someone in the media is not cool.
Also I discovered that unbelievable sometimes people who we perceive as bullies or we perceive as mean are often facing a lot of personal stress & are acting out. Therefore if there is a problem person involved should be Communicating in a constructive way so you could change the situation go to the media is not the way unless your intention was to deliberately hurt some one.
People need to learn more about psychology of human relationships, human behavior& learn better coping measure in coping with people who maybe stepping over bounds.
No need to shame people in media instead the person should have dealt with any problems themselves and not wait 15years later to complain about stuff and ruin other people's reputation.
