Actually he was an art piece, that's why when you Asked his name he wasn't answering it. Also there's another ending where everyone got revenge on the principal and the students from the departement got resurrected except for the girl who got killed by the principal
The security was probably a “permanent resident” as he said in the beginning but doesn’t let Ann know since he wants her to be free even though they can not be together :(

My theory: the security probably died there for years and was a ghost for the time being, that explains why he doesn’t knows what’s a computer. He now helps with students getting stuck at the school. They make people forget what happened so no one can know he’s still there.

Theory!- the security guy is dead and cannot leave the school, that’s why he stayed. He can also hear whenever people call security maybe because that summons him. He is a ghost and is familiar with all the others because he has been there for a while
