Day 16 :- I have send this book to my elder sister and told her to definitely watch this one. Although she is not more interested in book and all, but I made her very clear to atleast watch or atleast listen this one. Bcoz , being and living happily, is totally depend on how we look at the problems and deal with it. All that is the game of our mind. And hence meditation is definitely a great thing to practice. I do meditation everyday of around 10 min. But hardly concentrate fully on an average of 3-4min. , people say it happens. Hope so I will also being able to achieve atleast 10-15 min. Day 16- 10% happier
-accept things and situations
-meditation helps your mind to keep calm and balance
-mindfulness bring self-awareness
-be wise selfish(be kind and helpful to others) than being foolish selfish(who thinks for only himself)
-mindfulness--sit at one place with straight body and spine, and focus on breathing and overall your body inner movements
-be present and use your time and take your present day time as friend to use it well
-dont worry about past or future over and over as it creates more troubles, do whatever you want with dedication
-make it RAI(recognize,allow,and investigate)
-recognize your problems and difficulties
- allow your mind to be calm and end your problems
-investigate the mistakes you are doing by which some specific problems occur to you again and again
-convert your important work to urgent work to do it fast and feel less burden, do it atleast one day in a week
-enjouly the journey, the struggle you phase,decide/find what you want , do efforts to do that tasks, and dont get upset with the unfavorable results
-practice letting go the things you cant control, you need to do hard work with focus to get succeed
-do smart work with hard work, to get your success and balance in life

Day 16 :- I have send this book to my elder sister and told her to definitely watch this one. Although she is not more interested in book and all, but I made her very clear to atleast watch or atleast listen this one.
Bcoz , being and living happily, is totally depend on how we look at the problems and deal with it. All that is the game of our mind. And hence meditation is definitely a great thing to practice.
I do meditation everyday of around 10 min. But hardly concentrate fully on an average of 3-4min. , people say it happens. Hope so I will also being able to achieve atleast 10-15 min. Of fully concentrated mode into my life

My takeaway from this book is to practice meditation daily, live in present moment rather than overthinking of past and future. Observe the surrounding things and practice R.A.I. method to understand and observe the situation. Keep learning new things and enjoy the journey. Show kindness towards everyone and ownself. Let go negativity and surround by positivity vibes. Keep calm and carry on working on own better version with focus. Day 16 of the challenge. And the book is 10% happier. The key learning for me was how to focus on ourselves, look inside us whats going right and what is going wrong. This mindfulness not only saves time but also increases our productivity coz we will be knowing on doing what we would have desired results and what will not fetch us desired outcomes.

1. This should be one of the best books ever written on meditation the writers in this book understand the importance of meditation.
2. Mindfulness is such a state and feeling when you start feeling everything around you, such as feeling the wind or listen carefully to the sound of a bird.
My earlier belief about meditation were wrong.now in my experience , meditration makes you 10% happier.
3. No.limit to what can be done for happiness. It brings little change, but change comes.
