That's a super niche gameplay mechanic. It's for a build focused on using pistols for Earthquakes. Not meant for Speedruns. Pistols in this build are used for weapon reload mods so can't use them for faster Earthquakes. It's cool and all to do faster Earthquakes with pistols, but you'll be sacrificing damage doing that. No need for EQ's to be that fast anyways. Same goes for Tbombs.
