Thank you for this review actually i bought this 5g smart rocket wifi last week based on my experience here at Teachers Camp, fast, reliable, ginagamit ko sa work and yes maganda siya kahit expensive pero masusulit m naman gamitin madadala kahit saan.

Pocket wifis are a thing here in Kuwait. Gaya ng sinabi mo, essential ito pag maraming devices ang gustong kumabit sa isang wifi. Like me, 3 devices ang nakakkabit sa pocket router ko (2 smartphones and 1 laptop); minsan may nakikikabit pa. However, meron kang hindi nabanggit tungkol diyan sa particular product na yan:
1. In case of low battery power, pwede ba siyang i-charge using power bank? Most pocket wifis are not capable of being charged using power banks.
2. Pwede ba siyang i-operate without battery and using only its dedicated power adapter? Again, most pocket wifis doesn't have this feature. Yung pocket wifi ko (Netgear M2) supports this; kaya nagagamit ko siya inside my room using the power adapter with the battery removed.
3. Does it have ports for auxiliary antennas?

5G Pocket Wifi would be most useful to those who have only 4G Connectivity on thier device. On that state they can still enjoy the speed of 5G even without changing or upgrading their device. Especially if that person valued his phone because of its certain specification that can't be found on the newest devices.
True. I am using Redmi Note 10 Pro. I decided to sacrifice 5g for this 10 Pro because of its massive specifications. Ang lamang ng 5g phones ngayon is they are 5g capable and future proof. However, considering ang bagal ng internet sa Pilipinas at 4g nga hindi pa reliable at consistent ang connection. I would rather buy 4g phones with high specifications than 5g phones with minimal specifications. Then buy 5g pocket wifi to enjoy 5g faster internet connection. Soon, maybe next year or 2023. 5g Pocket WiFi will be mainstream.

Just to be precise, @6:07 the unit should be Gbps or gigabit per second or Gb/s or Gbit/s (1 byte = 8 bits). Nway, downside lang ng ganito, to get the full benefit ng 5g speed, your PC/Laptop will need a gigabit ethernet (chipset) port and also cat7 lan cable or above. That yellow lan cable is only cat5, limited to max of 100 Mbps connection. Sa mobile devices or tablets, to get the most out of the 5g speed, it must support 5.0 Ghz. wifi network.

2Mbps lang yan sa lugar namin, alam ko dipende sa location at sana inuna ng mga network provider na gawing full coverage yung 5g sa mga wala pa. Sugar quoted ka lang marry kasi inisponsoran ka nila. Alam mo naman na may issue ang pilipinas sa mga internet connection ng mga network provider, nakuha mo pang mag flex ng internet speed. Dyan sa inyo maganda ang coverage ng 5G , paano naman sa ibang lugar.

I'm working from home and using their 4G pocket Wi-Fi. Too bad di ba nation wide available tong 5G. I used their pocket WiFi sa Internet for my computer kasi remote ung area namin. So far okay naman cya pang trabaho kahit 4G lang.

1 year from now 3k php, 2 years from now 1499-1999 nalang yan, tapos redundant din yung ethernet port kasi for pocket use nga eh... at tsaka usually if you're on the street you don't need that much internet speed because you usually only use messaging and booking apps.
Pero if mag stastay ka naman ng matagal sa isang place at need ng wifi, pwede ka naman bumili ng PLDT prepaid wifi advanced Cat6 Evoluzn sa official website ng smart na 999 php lang + 40k mAH powerbank na 1049 + 80 pesos na adapter para router to powerbank. Sobrang bilis pa ng internet pang gaming anywhere.

Not worth it since 5G capability in the Philippines is still at early stage. Also it’s not guaranteed the speed and range. I can reach 50-80 Mbps with 4G sometimes and 43-12ms ping. Also it’s very expensive although I must admit that 5G chip antenna is still pricey but many phones support 5G that have lower price and you can hotspot with them. Ethernet? USB internet connection to Computer is possible before Type-C port is developed.
Pocket wifi for me really helps. Nakatira ako sa heavely dense na lugar puro matataas na na bahay walang signal sa loob ng bahay. Inilalagay ko sa may bintana ang pocket wifi may net ako sa loob.

note ang MBPS ay hindi equivalent to Megabytes. mbps=megabits per second hence yung 980MBPS ay hindi equivalent to actual 1GB of actual file or data. mas mababa
Yes hirap ijustify nung price. Tulad din ng sabi ng marami dito, mas ok bumili nalang ng dalawang Poco M3 Pro 5G. Magdadagdag nalang konti if SRP or even cheaper pag sale (it went down to 7,500 on Lazada for 3 days earlier this month). Pag deads na yung battery nung isa, eh di yung isa naman 😂. Tapos openline pa. About dun sa ethernet port, wala naman gumagamit niyan sa labas. Usually indoors lang and sobrang bihira na talaga. Kung kailangan talaga tapos let’s say brownout, gamit nalang ng adapter para maiconnect yung home brodband router sa powerbank tapos dun ka gumamit ng ethernet connection.
Nakakatuwa lang na less than 9 years ago lang nagstart maging available commercially ang LTE dito sa pinas tapos sobrang hype pa nun. Ngayon taken for granted nalang ang LTE tapos sobrang bilis pa ng rollout ng 5G.

About naman sa issue na gusto mo ikaw lang makakagamit ng data, you can hide your SSD and enable MAC address filtering naman sa settings and of course, a password. I don’t thing may gumagamit ng pocket wifi or personal hotspot sa labas na walang kahit password manlang. Based sa reply mo, parang you don’t put a password sa wifi source mo. Please do lalo na sa public.
I acknowledge naman yung advantage ng ethernet cable when it comes to speed, pero considering the average mobile internet speed sa pinas, you won’t get as much of an advantage.

Misleading po. It's only megabits ang its not almost a gigabyte. Gigabyte is equal to 1000 megabytes or 8000 megabits which megabits naman talaga ang dinidisplay sa speedtest.
