    You need enough bioidentical anabolic hormones. Like testosterone and nandrolone especially if you are through with bearing kids and you are into perimenopause...moreso if you are menopausal.
    If your total blood testosterone is less than 10 ng/ dL; you probably cant put on muscle well and probably wont be motivated to do much excerise at all.
    Everyone is different but anecdotally from other hormone clinics and testimonies I have seen is many women that go to hormone clinics want about 75-85 ng/ dL of testosterone. The most Ive heard is one lady needed total testosterone of 180 ng/dL to feel her best

      I've been learning more and More about it and the experts are saying yes to creatine for everyone including kids with appropriate amounts for their body size

      Yes, Cynthia's teens take creatine with the support of their medical professionals. There is no evidence to suggest it is harmful. team Cynthia

    Lover this episode, I am 56.5 now , I planed to have 6 packs before 60 .
    I am working on it .
    Ketogenic diet
    Hot yoga every day with Pilates and some weights training every day .
    Taking createn and good salt water.
    Also 10 pull up this summer : 2024 jun to Aug
    I am not loosing weight but my body shows differently.
    Belly fat needs to go !!
