I grew up doing musical theater and had this one moment where I was about to go on stage and got the hiccups. Something that I was told and always works for me is to lay flat and put your arms up above your head, fill your lungs and (if you can) hold for 10 seconds. Works every time for me!

When I hiccup; I usually put a pinch of himalayan/sea salt salt under my tongue and cuts the hiccups almost immediately. Hiccups is usually a symptom of electrolytes deficiency. Just wanted to share. Congrats on baby BOY!

I can also attest to the fact that the Glow app is not accurate when it comes to tracking your period and ovulation. That’s how I ended up pregnant with my daughter😅 she’s such a blessing but boy was she a surprise!
