There is a problem I have in the game, which is when I start the game a message comes up saying failed to connect to sever.

Sounds like either a firewall issue, or you're selecting the wrong region in the launcher. It tells you at the bottom of the launcher which region you are in, maybe you are trying to connect to the CF china or something?
