दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता , 1973 धारा 479---जब न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट किसी मामले में व्यक्तिगत रूप से हितबद्ध होता है तो वह - 1.उस मामले का न तो विचारण करेगा ! 2.न ही उसे विचारदार्थ सुपुर्द करेगा ! 3.न ही उस मामले की अपील सुनेगा ! जब तक की वह अपीलीय न्यायालय अनुमति न दे दे जिसके ऐसे न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश के विरुध अपील होती है ! 🙏
