Nice house but layout plan could be better than this. Garage rooftop should be a trace. Since these houses have no rooftop. Kitchen should be little bigger. Dining room should be separate. Did I miss any storage? Windows are big which helps with daylight and views.

This house is very nice and soled material used but should have low trace also have sitting area on first floor, one kitchen would be enough they should make that cosy sittings. The price is very high as the country going through economic crisis why ppl don't thing where the buyer will get that kind of amount from,
Outdoor store or laundry area is more useful if it had access/ door from inside. Cute powder. Wallpaper, printed bathroom tiles and false ceiling are bit gaudy and not required, unless it is to hide wall defects. Is this a brand-new house or refurnished. Kitchens seem like redone. Windows have a superfluous wooden shade not in use these days. Bathrooms are not consistent in design with old vanity with legs. Well-lit house. If it had plain simple walls, ceilings and consistent in design of washrooms, it would sell better.
