Lol I know right? This was a bit of an odd one. He was originally looking to rent a smaller trailer but it wasn't available so I gave him a really good deal and brought our big trailer. Glad I did because he definitely had more material than anticipated and the smaller trailer would have been too small.
@@JMTrailerRental it's also a completely different market than mine and there may be more competition. But what I see is a couple of hours of your time ($100/hr) + trailer time.. it may be normal for there but that would have been a $400+ trailer for my area.
@@McGTexas holy cow, yes the market here in FL is rough, really saturated and as I start off building relationships I'm trying to be as competitive as I can be price wise and let my work speak for itself as we grow we will start adjusting the pricing. I do also charge dump fees afterwards so the total job was greater than $150. Still trying to figure out the best pricing structure. Cost plus dump fees after VS one lump cost up to a certain weight included.
