The reason women should not get drafted has a lot more to do with the fact that in an army that is designed to train men for combat, and due to history was never really equipped to train women- who would need a completely different combat strategy focused far less on strength and more on finesse. In the Military, practicality is king. you care only for what helps protect the country most. Which means men have priority for combat roles. Women have certainly done well in the past in those same roles, but its less common, partly due to physical differences. They should not be a priority. if a woman wants to enlist, she should be able to, but they are not a priority for what the army looks for.

The reason women should not get drafted has a lot more to do with the fact that in an army that is designed to train men for combat, and due to history was never really equipped to train women- who would need a completely different combat strategy focused far less on strength and more on finesse.
In the Military, practicality is king. you care only for what helps protect the country most. Which means men have priority for combat roles.
Women have certainly done well in the past in those same roles, but its less common, partly due to physical differences. They should not be a priority. if a woman wants to enlist, she should be able to, but they are not a priority for what the army looks for.
