This is awesome! Travis was telling me about this game. Thanks for showing how it plays.

Nice video, Brien. Just to clarify, when a batsman is dismissed "out", the new batsman will normally be on strike (rather than there being a choice of who faces the next ball) unless the "out" took place on the last ball of the over - when the strike rotates - or if there was a "run out" where it depends which player was run out. The rules assume no runs are scored and the batsmen did not cross so, if the on-strike batsman is run out, the new batsman will face the next delivery; if the non-striker is run out, the new batsman becomes the non-striker (again, unless the run out occurred on the last ball of the over, when the strike automatically rotates).

When a batsman is dismissed in the middle of an over, the batting team chooses who is on strike. The exception is when a wicket is taken on the last ball of the over. In that case, the assumption is the newcomer takes the physical place of the put-out batsman in the popping creases ... in which case, the end-of-over change happens and may or may not result in the new man coming on strike.

@@widewideworldoftabletopspo7946 Sorry, Brien, you have this wrong. As a Brit, I follow cricket pretty closely and have played Boundary T20 several times so do know what the intention is. I probably shouldn't have said "to clarify" in my first comment rather it should have been "to correct you" but I was being polite.

Talk about misreading a comment!! Don't worry about being nice ... one of my best friends in English, and am used to the direct, English approach!! :)
