I’ve allways been a dual battery hard mount guy and still am but this kind of product has its place for sure. I’ve got a goal zero yeti 3000x we use when we take the gx 460 and works great. Also works great for the travel trailer as long as a/c isn’t needed. We also use it as back up in our 100 percent off grid house. Great video Grant. This is honestly a better solution for most people’s use than a solid mount dual battery system
Appreciate the feedback. I think these are definitely a better solution for the average joe. Hard mounted dual battery fits better for the full time overlander in my opinion.
Great video. For the last month I’ve been going back and forth with myself on whether to do a dual battery setup or buy a power station. I’m strongly leaning towards the power station because of the versatility which you mentioned.
Wow, that sounds like a fantastic portable power station! The Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series seems to be packed with impressive features like its massive capacity, fast recharging, and waterproof technology. It's definitely worth considering for outdoor enthusiasts and RV lovers looking for reliable power backup. Thanks for sharing this recommendation!
I would like to agree with you on your comment regarding the power supply. It's really big and bulky, why can't bluetti make a smaller power supply just like what the Ecoflow power stations have?
They do, I have it. The EB70 is incredible. If the EB70 allowed for more solar input it would be perfect. These units are also different than the Ecoflow products, these are Lithium Iron Phosphate, they will last FAR longer.
@@ArkansasOffroad nice what was the title of the video? Binge watching a ton of power systems and storage ideas for our build 👍 so a cool road 4x4 video would hit the spot
@@ArkansasOffroad the batterys are expensive. Each Relion RB-100LT (12V 100Ah LiFePo that can operate to -4F) are $1350. The the inverter/charger, solar charger, dc:dc for vehicle power. Pay once, cry once.
@@ArkansasOffroad I recently got a 1000WH portable generator and I'm not even sure what I'm going to use it for, lol. Guess I'll just disconnect the house for a few days and save a few bucks.
Have you tried to charge the Bluetti from the rear power outlet while driving? When I have tried it keeps tripping the switch and will not charge. Any thoughts?
@@ArkansasOffroad it's all good! I have the same Bluetti. It's way better than the high end Jackerys, but I agree that at 60lbs it's a little big/heavy.
Sweet setup. Besides cosmetic upgrades(rims and tires), is there anything else you wanna do to the Tacoma? I’m not sure it gets much better than it is now! Can’t wait to see the Colorado/ Utah footage Grant! 😬
Honestly, nope! It's 100% dialed in. I've done everything I want to it. Whenever I get the new wheels, tires, and UCA's, it's really "done". There will always be small things, but I'm very content. Thanks so much! The footage is SWEEEET! I'll release part 1 here soon.
Hmmm that’s really cool, thank you so much. I’d say reach out to John at long creek overland, where my merch is sent from and maybe he could work something out
dual bat not tooooo terrible though. my genesis dual kit arrives any day now for the 4runner, pretty stoked. but I also want a unit like this. I have a lot of learning about electrical before I decide what level power bank I need/want though. appreciate the vid, nice setup! cheers
I am ordering one in a couple weeks. Thanks for the coupon code.

Hey Grant just invested in my first real 4x4 albeit a little Suzuki 2004 jimny. Loving it.
That’s awesome! What a fun rig.
All good Grant! I just wait for the BELL to tell me you got a new video up. Cool set up!
So cool, thanks!!
Life cycle is really important too. And Bluetti seems to excel at that.
Very true.
I plan to live full time in an overland Cherokee/camp setup so I like hearing that's it's overkill.
Ok very cool but I'm so drooling over the orange rc 4x4 on the tool chest! 🤠💥🚚⚡
He already did a video on that😉

Thanks Thomas!
Just subbed! Might just be my new favorite channel. Love the build bro! Same tires as I got
AO is no doubt one of the best channels on the topic of Overlanding and all that encompasses.
Wow thank you so much!! 👊🏻
Seems like a great solution for many. Excellent review.
This is less than half the price of my dual lithium in my Turtleback Trailer.
Thank you very much...That's good to know, wow that's expensive!

1st like and view! I already know it’s going to be a good video 😁👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Did you sell the previous jeep wrangler?
Saw solar panel you did on IG👊🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks! Stoked to get that wired up 🤘🏼
Very useful to have. Thanks for the overview
glad to see more videos!
Can you hookup the Bluette to your truck alternator to charge it while your driving too?
Very helpful reviews! Thanks!
Power Bank is my choice. Hope soon we have a wheeling video coming😄
You’ll have tons of wheeling videos soon 😎
It was at 61% when you plugged it in, did it take the first 39% of the battery to shave the stache? 😂😂

Great review man. One question, kinda scoured your videos and never found a solid answer. What camper shell is that?
Appreciate it! It’s an ARE Classic.
Have you tried to charge the Bluetti from the rear power outlet while driving? When I have tried it keeps tripping the switch and will not charge. Any thoughts?
Did you figure out how to charge the ac200p from the Tacoma bed plug?
Nice video. I really needed this info before I make my decision. Also, I think we all love you more without the stache! Hehe🙃
Hahaha thanks! Long live the stache.
Like you said, it depends on the trip. 👍👍
I know if I say something about "Ned" he'll be back next week so I won't.
What model ARE camper shell is this?
Wife loves it. 😂😂 I shaved my beard off once I will never do it again.
Is it weatherproof
I have a video with pretty much exactly the same title scheduled for next week - I promise I'm not copying you 😂

What battery bank is in the box?
Love the new intro...the Wicker's are represented well :)

Doesn’t the battery in the case, need to be vented?
No I’ve never had problems with it. It’s not large enough to need that ventilation from my experience
