I have no idea why you tube recommended this video as I am not British or even from Europe and know nothing about supermarkets there but after listening for a little bit I must say I enjoyed it a lot. you have a voice that I could listen to all day. In Australia we have like 4 big supermarket brands but its more like 3, Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and IGA which is the smallest. ALDI here is pretty good as the two big chains Coles and Woolworths are constantly price gouging and driving up inflation.
If this was based on food quality im sure M&S would be on a A along with Sainsburys and Tesco to me Lidl should be a F i went in once never saw anything with top brands or anything that i liked ended up leaving Morrisons for me would be the same as you rated it i never buy meat there as i have heard some shocking stories about there meat Asda would be top of the pile for me and Aldi would be a B for me which is near to M&S quality for some items Waitrose i would rate a B as well with Iceland in C Tescos in D The only item that saves Tescos being lower is its Meat Quality and Sainsburys i would put in A has some very good quality food
A: Tesco, Booths, M&S (Tesco is best of the mid-price stores by far, the others are best of the premium stores) B. Waitrose, Whole Foods (the other premium stores) C: Asda, Morrisons, Co-Op (some better mid-price options, but not the very best) D: Iceland (best budget option) E: Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi (Sainsburys is an inferior mid-price gaff and too expensive, and Lidl and Aldi are plain trash)
