So the bees get sprayed with fungicides? I thought they sprayed at night when the bees aren't flying. Have your colonies shown an ill effect? I very impressed the care you give to your honey bees.
Do you feel that the cold weather set your bees back as far as brood production. Here in Florida the orange trees has bloomed but doesn't seem to be much nectar in them anyway I'm just curious about your thought
Bees finally started flying let's spray them omfg what is up with that. Bees normally look great coming back from almonds .. normally pickup mites but that's expected. Hopefully California stocked up on sugar because everyone is feeding out there. My friend had 96 hives ripped off last week in almonds .. new equipment what a kick in the teeth..
Yes do you know Nick. I buy a lot old equipment off him and bulk bees if I need them. Oh and wax he sells.. his wife drives the loader like a pro with baby around her neck . Her daddy was a dairy farmer.. he runs a really clean operation first thing you'll notice how clean everything is.
Another great video man! I appreciate the consistency of the vids! Good luck!
Love your videos. Keep it up
Thank you. It's been fun making them. Trying to get better at the editing
good update, spray rigs around every corner right now too.
Nature of the beast.

No ill effects. I think it depends on the chemical. Also some applicators just don't give a shit

It will for prolonged periods. The feeding helps but it the weather will ultimately decide. 60 to 70 degrees in the next few days even with rain
