So true. Klaus own father n mother abandoned him. But this girl who came from somewhere brought so much happiness and meaning to klaus life. But still.klaus tortured her at the beginning , but hayley always had hope for him and stood by him. As stefan said she cared for klaus to the extent of risking her own life during the sire bond breaking ritual in seaond 3 by the strix.

I kinda like where they left them, they loved each other but weren’t in love. They would do anything for each other and mean the world to each other like family, and with hope they were a family. A family like the mikealsons but it’s their family, they respect each other and just had a deeper connection than being in love it was a connection where they will never forget each other and Hayley is the only one included in the family that isn’t blood and will be always and forever

My favorite part of their relationship is that they weren’t necessarily in love. Klaus just had this amazing amount of respect and love for Hayley that continued to show throughout their story.

I wish there was a scene in the originals where Hayley has a conversation with Klaus, and Hayley was demanding to come with Klaus even though it was dangerous, and in that moment Klaus gets angry and grabs Hayley by the back of her neck and says the following: "listen now little wolf! I've watched you die! I...saw you die...and I'll die before I ever see that again...don't think I'm trying to protect you from pain, I'm protecting myself as always...*stares into eyes for 5 seconds then immediately leaves* a scene like this would've been the first step to showing a bigger connection that might've actually led to Klayley.
Awesome ya. The way he calls her little wolf, that itself is an emotion. Ur scene is too good but just reminding u of the beautiful scene where klaus had to stand trial to.marcel. that time he speaks to.hayley saying that I'm.sorry.i.dint trust u before with our daughter. And hayley expressions like come.on.klaus why ur saying.all that.now I.know u always wanted to.protect her. And then klaus looks.into her eyes and says take care of her which actually means take care of u and her. Then leaves immediately. Hayley's gives an awesome expression that time she looks so devastated that she.might loose klaus and she is unable to.help.him.at that moment.

She died in season 1 finale after birth then resurrected coz she had vampire blood(from the baby) she became a hybrid..
Then in season 5 she died (she got her werewolf powers removed so as to save hope (her daughter who was a teenager at the time ) so she burnt in the sun she had no daylight ring
Hybrids don’t need rings but when she lost her werewolf powers she died

Klaus and Hayley had a special relationship that Klamille, Klaroline & Hayllijah would NEVER have. They were partners for life. They loved each other like hell and wouldn't hesitate to risk their lives to save the other. People don't need to be realated by blood or romantically involved to love each other. People think that Klaus ACTUALLY started to care for Hayley in the later seasons and he only cared for Hayley's life in the start because she was pregnant with Hope but that's not true. Just after Hope was taken by the witches after Hayley had given birth to her, they slit her throat. Klaus' reaction proves that he DID care for Hayley from the beginning.

Season 5 was the perfect time to make Klayley happen. Cami was dead and Elijah lost his memories and was happy with another woman. unfortunately that's when Julie plec started writing again for the originals and she is not very good at storytelling in the deepest moments.

You can co-parent without being in a relationship and there is a love there.
It's a special relationship and I was happy to finally see it on t.v.
It's wanting to kill each other and being extremely protective of each other at the same time.
It's hating and loving each other.
It's learning to work together for your child's best interest.
I'm glad they played the relationship this way.

Hope will never know the extent of the things they did to protect her. She'll never know that her parents kept themselves from truly sharing their feelings for each other because they thought it would end up hurting them and hope in the process. She'll never know they loved each other.

I feel like this could’ve been an interesting storyline. Klayley always had their moments and I feel like the writers messed up by not slowly building up the most epic, power couple. They could’ve kept haylijah s1 but eventually throughout the series show progress between klayley up until we see them as a couple (like stydia in tw) I always felt as if Klaus could’ve liked Hayley from the start - especially when he would be jealous of Elijah and Jackson.
exactly and the problem is haylijah shouldve never happened because it was just the same love triangle all over again with elijah and klaus i was reall expecting klaus and hayley kiss atleast once even on the cheek but not even that klayley is my otp and shouldve been endgame a shame the writers ruined this amazing ship
@@lii2582 maybe they didn’t want to recycle the love triangle with brothers storyline which is fair but I feel like if that’s the case then Haley and Klaus should’ve been the focus since them getting together would’ve made more sense. They could’ve started as just coparents then have a slowburn love story because that would have been unexpected and a lot more interesting. I felt like Hayley was the perfect match for Klaus because she was confident and knew how to stand her ground (which Kamille lacked) but could be affectionate towards him when she wanted (which Caroline lacked). She had the right balance between Kamille and Caroline. And Elijah should’ve just had another love interest especially since Haylijah never really progressed.
@@noutelie exactly thats what i thought aswell i honestly really wanted someone else for elijah someone who the fans wouldve actually shipped with him bc for klaus he has multiple love interests auora caroline,cami,hayley,elena katherine etc multiple stories but elijah it was only hayley and gia and elijah wouldve been great if they built up an actual love story between them i think hayley really understood klaus and she never judged him but its kinda weird at the same time because she constantly judged elijah maybe it also has to do with her deep down liking klaus but then at the same time she kept bringing up a family with elijah hope and herself only and thats the thing thats EXACTLY why haylijah shouldve never happened i mean who goes for their brothers daughter's mother thats just weird as hell. idk but theyre's definetly something between them klaus and hayley that the writers were hinting in season 1 when klaus was jealous of hayley and elijah and season 3 and 2 when he was jealous of hayley and jackson theres like 5 seasons not even a kiss between them? thats just bs and i wouldve loved to see the next best thing cami and klaus which wouldve been great to see but i also wouldve just preffered them as bestfriends family bond

The only thing what I can say about this video is that it is so powerful and in the same time it so sad, because of the fact that Hayley was the only person in the Originals and The Vampire Diaries who understood him the most. Klayley deserved better than that what happened in the final season.

There’s some things about this show that is better than the vampire diaries. I love it so much. I think it’s because Joseph Morgan is such an amazing actor, and Haley made him a better person as well as hope. And I never thought Klaus would ever come close to anything good.

He's scared cause he feels something so real towards Hayley. He was so happy she didn't see him as a monster, because most people did. She didn't. Instead she understood him, and didn't question him unless she absolutely had to. She even said to Rebekah, "even when you hate him", the last part of that "you still love him." He called her a queen, and told himself he was king. He wanted Jackson dead, and wanted to command her wolves, yet he had his own. He was in love with Hayley, but he never could tell her because he thought he didn't deserve it. He thought he didn't deserve her even though they deserved each other.

To the people who say Klaus only cared about Hayley because of Hope, I hope you saw something in this video. Klaus and Hayley's relationship went beyond their bondage to Hope. They cared about each other as co-parents, friends and family. Klaus did not cry when Hayley died just because Hayley was Hope's mother, he cried because he did love her too not in a romantic way obviously.
Their love for each other is the purest for me. It was not romantic. It was something that someone would pray they would have in life.

Klaus was there for her both times she died,both times he was there to help her and protect her but because he was powerless, he watched her die twice and it broke him in both. That shows how deep the love for her was,and how much he cared for her over anything else,that he was there despite anything getting in his way. The first time Elijah wasn't even there,and the second he let her die,even though he didn't know how much she meant to him at the time,he still knew who she was,he let her die. Despite this,it pains me that the directors gave more screen time to the relationship between Elijah and Hayley and not to her and Klaus,they deserved so much more...
