What are your thoughts on going back to school to study civil engineering in my early 40s.
There will be plenty of opportunity in the CE world over the next 10 to 20 years especially related o Infrastructure, so if you are willing to put the time in, there may be opportunities.

For an aspiring engineering manager who is looking to grow in their career as far as possible potentially to executive level, do you think obtaining an MBA on top of already completed engineering degree is a wise decision, or should one focus more on delivering results at work?
Spending that additional time on part-time MBA is really going to impact performance at work, so is it worth it? What do you think?
