- This is a Touhou PC-98 style arrangement of "Extend Ash ~ Person of Hourai"
Are you all tired of hearing me arrange my favourite song from Imperishable Night yet? Well, I hope not, because yes, here it is again!!
This is my third time making a PC-98 arrangement of this song. And like?? Honestly?? Can you blame me? This song is SO GOOD. The extreme reverb on trumpets, the fullness of everything coming together, everything. These are all things that I've never felt that I was able to capture in my previous arrangements of it.
I think I should mention, the first time I arranged this song was actually my first experience with writing PMD MML!
But now... with better knowledge of MML and a few hours away from the deadline... here we go!? I'll check in here when I'm done.
Alright, so, I'm back! Somehow, it seems that this arrangement turned out to be a sort of combination of my first and second arrangements, except now with plenty of echo on the leads and panning for everything!
I hope it's nice to listen to.

This is the third time I have arranged this song. However, much of the MML for it was written in 2017, so it wouldn't be surprising if I arrange it once again in the future someday.

2:10 I don't know how I've never thought of this instrument as the ZUNpet replacement, I think I've been sent to the astral plane with this section
I normally use it for synths like Hybrid Saw, but I just had a feeling it would work particularly well here
Of every touhou song ever composed, this is my favorite. It's the one that introduced me to the wonderful soundtracks.

I'm really late! You've improved a lot since your 1st version of the arrange, which I heard in ~2014. Congratulations! As always thanks for the M2, now I can enjoy it in its full glory.
I dont think reverb on specific channel is possible on PC 98, but ya still did it here with some trick..
Beside that, man, I love this song too, especially the SC-88Pro ver because of its darker sound
It just so beautiful, the arrangemets when in 1:45 it got so smooth
I hope you would arrange another Touhou BGM in PC-98 style :D
